"I haven't talked to you in a few days. You alright? I saw your performance. You did really good."Bill held the phone to his ear.

"Thank you. I tried to find you after the show, but I had to leave. I had an interview the next morning. All of this promo for album has been quite stressful."I sighed resting my head on my hand.

"Sounds like you need some stress relief then huh?"Bill chuckled.

"That I do need."I giggled and grabbed onto my ear.

"That wasn't why I was calling though. I wanted to know if you were going to the grammys."

"Yeah. I'm nominated for a couple things. So I'll be there."I responded in my low whispery tone.

"Come see me tonight. I haven't seen you in a minute."Bill spoke through the phone, I could tell he had a little smile on his face.

"I can't. I'm playing fiancé tonight. Rene's family is visiting and we're having dinner with them."I rolled my eyes.

"After That then. I wanna see you."Bill pleaded.

"I'll see what I can do. I have to see how late we'll be out. Rene has the whole day planned out and it's important to him that I spend time with his parents."I sighed. "You'll See me soon. I've just been on a really tight schedule."

"Ok, well let me know what you're going to do."

"I will. You know I will, trust me I want nothing more than to ride your dick until the sun comes up."I chuckled and bit down on my lip.

"That's how you feeling? What else you want?"

"And I want you to — I want you to send out a press release about the tour. I know it's soon, but I want to make sure my fans are ready. You know to give the time."I quickly changed the subject because Rene had walked in with his parents.

Bill was chuckling on the other end of the phone. "Oh! Your fiancé must've walked in. I get it, I'll just leave everything else to my imagination. I think you already know what I'm going to do to you, so I won't go into detail. Wear something sexy."

With the way his voice sounded, I could tell he wanted to say much more. He wanted to say something smart. He wanted me to squirm.

"Of course! You're the best T."I tried to rush him off of the phone.

"Oh I know I'm the best. You let me know by how loud you get. If you need any insurance to come, just think about how deep I get. Hitting every spot. You know the way you like it."Bill licked his lips.

Everything in me started to heat up, I had to end this conversation before he kept going. "Alrighty. Thanks again, I'll talk to you later."I quickly put the phone back on the hook.

"Hey baby."I walked over to Rene and kissed his lips. I then hugged his parents and they did the same. I'm not really his mother's favorite person, so I had to work extra hard today.

"Janet. How are you? I saw the video."Rene's dad sat down on my couch.

"I'm very well, thank you for asking. Rene actually directed it."I plastered a smile on my face and sat across from him. "He's very talented."

Andre, my chef had came into the room and handed me a glass of wine. "You're going to need this."He mouthed to me before walking off. I gave him a graceful smile and sipped from the glass.

"I think that It's nice that you give him a chance to showcase his talents. That's very sweet of you."Rene's dad smiled at me.

"He's pretty much around for every thing I do and if he's not involved he's offering his support. I love that he doesn't let what I do affect our relationship."I sat my cup down on a coaster.

"Was he around for that magazine cover?"Rene's mother sarcastically asked.

"Actually. I was."Rene cut in. "Those are my hands."

"Be nice."Rene's father scalded his wife.

I could already kind of tell how this night was going to go. I definitely was not in the mood to go tit for tat with this old bitch. "I'll go check on the food."I have a fake smile and walked out of the room. Truthfully, I knew Andre was nowhere close to done. I just wanted to know what would be said whenever I left the room.

"Mom. Why do you have to be so rude to her?"Rene sighed.

"You know how I feel about her. Why couldn't you just propose to a normal wholesome woman. She knows nothing about where you come from. She's been treated all her life, does she even know how to take care of you?"

"Honey. Be nice. Be respectful. Our son loves her. You have to respect that."He grabbed his wife's hand.

"I don't like her and I'm not going to pretend. Something is not right about her and one day she's going to prove me right."Rene's mother crossed her arms. "And I heard a man's voice when she was on the phone earlier."

"Mom. There are men on her team. Don't blow this out of proportion."Rene scoffed. I rolled my eyes from behind the kitchen door.

Granted, she was right but they didn't give her the right to talk about me in my damn house.

"Andre, more wine please. This old bitch is going to drive me crazy."I rolled my eyes and handed him my glass.

"Is this your first time meeting his mother?"He asked me.

"Second. The first time we weren't together yet. We were just kind of messing around. She didn't like me then. Why? I don't know, I think I'm a pretty likable person. Don't you think so?"I picked up my refilled glass and started sip from it.

"The sweetest."Andre chuckled and went back to cooking. "I know you're probably starving so I made a lil appetizer for you guys. I know you're going on tour soon, so it's just small Caprese Salads. Everything else will be done in about an hour."

"Yes. My stomach has been growling all day."I sighed and carried the tray of salads to my dining area.

I walked back into the living room to tell Rene and mother dearest that could come and sit now.

We all sat at my table with Rene next to me and his parents across from us. I started to ear and his mother looked at my sideways.

"You don't pray before you eat your food?"She raised and eyebrow at me.

"Janet's not really a religious person, mom."Rene broke in before I said something that I wouldn't regret.

"I figured."She mumbled.

"Linda! ¡detenlo ahora! " Rene's father scalded her.

"What? I'm just asking a question. ¿Qué va a decir a continuación? ella no cree en dios?"

I had no idea what she said, but I knew she was talking some shit. I'd never put my hands on an elder before, but there was a first time for everything.

I'm the heat of the moment, Tish walked through the dining area all happy and cheerful. "Boo! Guess who I saw at the mall today? I thought he should join us for dinner."

My heart collapsed to the bottom of my stomach and I finished every drop of wine sitting in my glass, because in walked Bill fucking Bellamy.
