Chapter Seven:The Other Side

As I walked into the room I noticed a few things.

One: Whoever was throwing this party was bloody rich.

Two: The VIP room had a bar in it and a few people. And Three: I instantly recognized five people.

All five people were sitting on a circle couch laughing as they took shots. "Jenny!". Just as I had turned around to leave someone called my name. I slowly turned around to see Charlie standing in front of me. "You got an invite?" It seemed like he he sounded surprised. Should I be insulted?

"Yeah,some guy called The Unknown." I said shrugging and took another drink of my vodka.

"Oh.." Charlie stopped talking to think for a few minutes. "C'mon let's go do some shots." He grabbed my arm and dragged me over to the couch. I sat in between Charlie and Leo.

Leo handed me a shot. "One. Two. Three." Everyone raised their glass and downed it except for Trent. Actually he didn't even have a shot glass in the first place.

"Trent you don't drink?" I was surprised. If I were to peg anyone of them as the drinker it would be Trent.

"No. It's stupid to even drink in the first place." Trent got up after he checked his phone. "This year the girls are to easy." He muttered before walking out of the room.

After doing a few more shots with the guys they dragged me to another room. Except this room was quieter.

Ian sadly spoke first. "I have chosen Jenny." All the guy eyes widened except for Jaden's who I was currently giving the silent treatment too.

"Okay,I choose Melody then."

"Minnie." Jaden said.

"I got Tilly!" Leo exclaimed.

"Wait what do you mean?" I was confused. Before I could say anything else something snapped around my wrist. I looked down at my wrist and noticed it was the yellow bracelet Ian had shown me the other day.

"There's a meeting tonight,we'll explain soon." Leo said smirking.

Just then someone walked in the room. It was him. Chase.

"Hey Chase." I said giving a wave.

Chase smiled at me. "I'm glad you could make it." Make it?What does he mean? Is this his house? That means he's the unknown!

"You're the one who left that note in my locker?" I raised an eyebrow at him and I felt a smile creep up on my face.

"Your smile lights up the world. It truly does." He grinned.

"Chase you know the rules. You can't hit on any girls that are in the games." Leo complained.

"I know,but there should be an exception. Just for Jenny." I couldn't help but blush.

Chase handed me a drink. Instantly I took a drink from it.

I coughed. "What the hell is that?Rum?!" Rum was my least favourite alcoholic drink over than wine. People always tell me it's the same as Vodka but its not the same. Rum is disgusting unlike Vodka.

"Yeah,the best drink you could ever get."He replied.

"You know I should probably head home it is a school night." I said handing the drink back to Chase I started towards the door but someone blocked my path.

Leo.

"C'mon Jenny,you just got here.."Leo complained. In all fairness I seemed to like him better with a little alcohol in him.
