{17} The Beginning

Summer's Pov

We finally got to the office, which was a fucking 45 minute drive, so fuck Lawrence. We all got out and followed Cass in. She talked to the receptionist and we went to the top floor. We walked into the photo shoot room and saw a girl in there who looked like Cass, looking at clothes. She looked to be in her 20s and she was 6 foot.

C- Hey Sis
R- Why the hell are you here?
C- Ask him.

She points at Lawrence and her sister looks at him and the rest of us.

R- Oh hi. Why are you here?
L- Is she a banshee?
R- No. She's something else.
C- What?
R- I'll explain later
T- Hold the fuck up, what?
R- I said I'd explain later.
C- WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?!
R- You never asked.
JS- FREDDY I'M LESBIAN!
F- WHAT?!
R- Why are you people here? I have work to do you know. Go to the lounge or something. Just leave me to peace and I'll talk to you later.

Cass took us all to the lounge which was kind of amazing. It seemed to look like it's underwater.

Most of us sat on the couches, while Freddy and Jasmine stayed standing up. This is going to be a lot.

F- OKAY, WHAT?!
JS- Why are you screaming now? It's so unnecessary.
F- What do you mean you're lesbian?
JS- You know what that means right? Freddy I like girls. Just like you. It's not that complicated.
F- NO DUMBASS. I MEAN WHY?
JS- Why am I a lesbian?
F- Yeah. Is it because of her?
C- Fuck you bitch. I had nothing to do with this.
JS- It's not particularly a choice. I've just always liked girls more than boys.
F- But it's wrong.
JS- No it's not. If it was wrong, God wouldn't have made me this way.
S- Exactly! So shut the hell up because I ain't dating no fucking homophobic manwhore like you.
F- Fine. Whatever. But why would you tell me now?
C- Oh that part was me. She came out to me and I encouraged her to tell you.
F- You're a slut.
C- That's right, I am bitch and I'm a proud. Being a slut isn't a bad thing, people just make it out to be because they believe girls shouldn't act like that because it's a boy's thing. There's a difference between a slut and a girl who takes someone else's partner. They're just straight up bitches.
T- Can I go to sleep?
C- I don't care.
R- Oh no. You all came and bothered me in my workplace. So we're gonna sort this out.
S- Finally. Can you explain all of this?
R- I can. All of you take a seat.

We all sat down and looked at her expectedly.

R- You all are something. You will all find all of this out when you're 18 which for all of you is in a few months. We live in a split world. There is Humans, Angels, and Demons. That's a no-brainer. When you're 18 all of you will be sorted in your group. And no, it doesn't matter how you acted before you turned 18. It's all decided for you in the beginning. Your life will practically be reset. You all will remember each other and hopefully be friends.

C- I'm still confused.

R- When you turn 18 next month, you are either going to be in the Angel group, the Human group, or Demon group. Due to this, you all will be separated and going to different schools. If you're still Human, you're senior year will still be at Beacon. Now some people when they change, so will their physical appearance. Like Hair color, Eye color, that sort of thing.
