Today was the first day for us to start preparing for our comeback. And I couldn't help but have my mind wander over to the memory of seeing M/n's script. Although the notes all made sense, I just couldn't wrap my head around why he needed to write a note on being happy.
"Hyung, we need your input for using this song as our comeback." Yoongi said as I snapped out of my thoughts and immediately pressed play.
The song that we chose to do was supposed to have more of a classic theme to it. Blood, Sweat, Tears was going to be the name of the newest song and from what we have right now, I can tell that it's going to be a great hit.
"I like it, it'll definitely be a great comeback...let's continue to work." I smiled as I patted Yoongi on the shoulder before going over to Jungkook who was signaling for me to go over to him.
"Hyung, do you think you can buy me more ramen?" Jungkook sheepishly asked as he knew that that the last time I did, I just so happened to run into M/n.
I crossed my arms across my chest as I gave him a look, sighing when I saw Jin nod his head from behind our maknae.
"Why don't you come with me?" I replied, hoping that if I did run into M/n again, Jungkook could see the actor and realize that other people also like that type of ramen.
Following me, Jungkook and I made our way to the convenience store. We talked about the comeback and how everything was coming along quite well. At some point, we made it to the store and immediately went to the aisle that held ramen.
Jungkook started at the many options and even second guessed himself on whether or not he wanted to get the same ramen.
"I heard that ramen is pretty good." I pointed at one of the ramen that I saw on Youtube before.
Nodding his head, the maknae hummed the tune for the sing and eventually decided to get one of his regular ramen and the one that I suggested. I looked around to see if M/n would walk in at any point, but with the bell on top of the door not going off, it was clear that no one else had walked in.
After purchasing the three ramen, Jungkook and I headed back to the company in peace. The rest of the members wanted to get a head start with the comeback by trying to make up choreography.
"This might sound really weird, but do you think we can see M/n again?" Jungkook asked as he looked down at his bag to make sure that he got the right ramen.
We were already walking up to BigHit when the maknae checked his bag, "I think only our manager would know the answer to that." I chuckled when I saw him puff his cheeks.
I would love to see M/n again, but only to see what else is written in that notebook of his. The way he takes notes is interesting, especially when it comes to being happy.
"Shouldn't people already know what it's like to be happy?" I murmured while thanking Jungkook for opening the door.
We arrived at the dance studio where we could hear the demo track of our song playing loudly. The loud yells of Hoseok echoed in the quiet hallway as staff simply ignored his loudness and continued with their day.
"Hello Jungkook and Ramen Thief." I heard someone say when I looked to my right to see M/n and his manager.
They had just gotten done with a meeting with a director for a new movie and were on their out to eat lunch. Jungkook immediately gave M/n a friendly smile and I gave him a small bow.
"Stop calling him that." M/n's manager scolded as he playfully rolled his eyes.
M/n mocked his manager and immediately apologized, knowing that he would have to pay for lunch if he didn't. Their relationship looked very close which is good, especially since they would be working together for a long time.
"Are you heading out to lunch?" I asked as M/n nodded his head and eagerly told me about his favorite restaurant in the area.
Jungkook went inside the dance studio when he saw Jimin trying to imitate the way he dances. Those two are always mocking each other on a daily.
"I see, I hope you enjoy it then. Also, if you ever want to grab ramen, I'll pay for you to make it up." I said as I felt my cheeks heat up. I tried to look anywhere but at M/n, until I saw him blushing more than me.
"Then that's a promise! I'll see you later, Sunbae." M/n smiled as he and his manager bid me goodbye and went their way.
"This is bad..."
