M/n is an actor under BigHit and mostly gets the roles of an emotionless boy for dramas or movies. Because of this, Namjoon had grown curious about why this actor doesn't get different roles.
One day during an interview, Namjo...
"Hey M/n, what do you think about your new role?" Your manager asked as he drove you to your favorite restaurant.
Earlier in the day, you had a meeting with a director who wanted you to play one of the starring roles in his movie. Of course, the role of someone who was cold at first but would warm up to the leading female actress. The number of roles that were the same was beginning to feel like you could act it without even rehearsing.
"I guess people really love it when I'm some cold dude on tv." You shrugged as he chuckled and nodded his head.
Your manager knew that you were growing tired of the roles, but he had no idea how to tell the directors. Looking outside, the blurred scenery from the speed of the car, only made you tired.
"Jiwoon hyung, let's order twice as much today. I suddenly have the urge to eat until I can't." You smiled, knowing that you would sleep really well in the van if you ate a lot.
Jiwoon, your manager, chuckled and agreed since he knew what you had planned up your sleeve. After lunch, you had to go to a building to meet up with the rest of the drama casts.
"I think you're doing this to make me go broke." Jiwoon sighed as he parked the van and made sure that no taxis were following behind.
Last time, you and Jiwoon went to eat Korean BBQ but it had to end early when some fans were following. At first, you thought it was because Jiwoon might've hit the car but when they began to whisper plans on how to talk to you, you know that they were just fans.
"Are we safe?" You propped yourself and leaned over the opened window to see Jiwoon checking both sides.
Once he nodded his head, you left the van and joined him. You and your manager talked about plans that they wish to do on their day off. Jiwoon mainly wanted to go back to his apartment and have a lazy date with his cat. You simply wanted a day to sleep in without worrying about your schedule.
"When do you think I'll have my first day off?" You asked as the two of you waited for the waiter to stop by the table.
It was quite difficult to say when you were going to be off because of how well you acted for your debuted drama. You sighed and decided to take a sip of your drink, not wanting to get your hopes of any upcoming days off.
"I'll see if I can get you a day off." Jiwoon said, feeling guilty when he saw your mood change from not knowing about the day off.
"Really? You're the best, hyung!" You happily cheered as you clapped your hands.
When the food came, you and your manager ate with pure joy. There would be small talk here and there but with your favorite, you simply ate it and listened to what Jiwoon would bring up. Once done, Jiwoon went to pay for the meals as you went on social media to post a picture with the two of you. Recently, your manager has been the talk when you posted a picture with him the first time.
"Are you ready to go back to your place?" Jiwoon asked as you furrowed your eyebrows.
"I thought I had to go film the next scene today." You said, still confused as to why you would be heading home.
Shaking his head, Jiwoon showed you the messages he exchanged with the director of the drama that you were in. It was mostly your manager telling him that you wanted a day off and how Jiwoon was going to make it happen no matter what.
"You're the best, like no joke." You gave him a hug and followed Jiwoon to the van.
When you had arrived back to the company, you thanked Jiwoon for the day off and happily made it to your room. You were already planning to camp at your place with no plans leaving anytime soon.
"I can finally binge-watch (fav show)!" You sang while plopping on your bed.
Running to grab everything for your marathon, you ended up staying up pretty late. But that was only because it was your day off, there's no need for a sleeping schedule for this day.
"This is too great~" You sighed as you clicked out of your show since you were able to finish it all.
Checking your phone for the time, a gasp escaped your lips when you realized that it was already the next day.
"I could've sworn I got here at noon.." You mumbled as you quickly went to your calendar that had the plans for your day.
There were plenty of things that needed to be done and you knew that getting no sleep would only make things worse. You texted Jiwoon, asking if he could pick up your coffee and 5-hour energy drinks since you would be running off of sugar.
"This is why I can't have a day off." You cursed while rushing to get yourself ready, not even caring that you would have to sprint down to the main level to meet your manager.
"Good morning M/n. Or maybe not a good morning?" You heard Namjoon chuckled as he held the elevator for you.
"Bless your soul, Sunbae. I ended up binge-watching a show that made me stay up all day." You huffed as you fanned yourself with your hands.
The rapper was quite shocked to hear that you stayed up, knowing that you would have a bush schedule. Before you knew it, Namjoon gave you energy drinks and even his sandwich that Jin made him.
"I think you'll need this more than me, good luck today M/n." Namjoon smiled as he left the elevator first, leaving M/n in great shock.
Looking down at the drinks and the sandwich, you couldn't help but have a small smile spread across your face. "Alright~! Let's do my best today!"
