Swearing, slapping and shouting is all you can hear. A small, brown haired boy in tears, surrounded by them all. The bullies. You were their last target; they had now moved on.
The small brunette doesn't seem familiar to you at all. His dress sense of trackies and large, golden chains is much different to the other boys at your school. They only seem to wear hoodies and jeans. In all honesty though, you don't really pay attention to anything or anyone except for your favourite band, Overload. Overload are your world. That's the reason why you used to be picked on. You were bullied for being a fan.
All of a sudden, you hear screaming followed by the sound of an object hitting the floor with force. Then you see the bullies run off; dragging the poor, helpless boy with them. You want to say something to them. Tell them to stop hurting him. But you know that that will not help or change anything at all. You have seen the others try. You have seen them all fail.
The school bell sounds soon afterwards, but instead of going to class, you decide to go and see what it was that fell on the floor. Strolling over to it, you can see it glistening. Whatever it is, it's clearly an item with meaning. As you get nearer, a shape resembling a crucifix becomes apparent alongside what looks like a necklace of beads. Once beside it, you kneel down, curl your fingers around the beads and pick it up. When you look at it properly, you notice that it is a Rosary Bead. It's beads of black and white and the crucifix of gold. Looking down from where the bead lay, the remains of a silver clasp are scattered around. The Rosary Bead must belong to the mysterious boy, nobody else at your school wears one.
