Chapter 3: Stupid water

MEGANS POV

And we walked over to the campfire. Me and Jess sat down on some logs. Shawn looked at us "So how long have you guys been wondering around the island?" "all night." jess said. I nodded. "You guys waqnt anything to eat?" Nash offered. "Yeah, what you got?" "Umm," He said shuffling through the cooler. "Nothing in the cooler...TAYLOR!" Nash shouted. "WHAT."  "Wheres the food you brought."  Taylor shuffled through another bag, "Want some cookies?" "Sure." I said and Taylor handed me and Jess the bag of chocolate chip cookies. We all sat down and started chatting. I yawned and so did Jess. We hi-fived. The guys all stopped their conversations and looked at me and Jess. "What, never seen someone yawn?" "No,we never saw someone yawn at the same time, then hi-five." Shawn said. We shrugged and laughed. "Seriously, are you guys tired though?" Matt asked us. "Yeah." me and Jess said. "You guys can sleep in one of the tents if you want." I nod and Matt gets up and walks to a tent. "Its my tent, but its clean." he says and laughed a little. I laughed too and me and Jess walked into the tent.

We layed down and started to whisper to eachother. "So, we got ourselves into some trouble." I say. "Yeah. Now what?" I turn over on my side. "We sleep." I said and drifted off to sleep.

MATTS POV

"Dude, they can sleep." Nash said. "Yeah, I know. They have been sleeping for hours." taylor said. An idea popped into my head. "Wanna pull a little "Wake up" Prank on them?" The rest of the guys smirked. "Whats the plan?" Nash said. "Water" I said and their smirked even bigger. "Lets do this then." I said and grabbed 4 buckets. I handed one to each of the guys. We ran to the beach and back with 4 buckets of cold salt water.I unsipped the tent to see them sleeping. I heard teylor start to chuckle. I raised one finger to my lips to quite him. he nodded and counted to 3. "1...2...3!" I said and we splashed thw water on the girls. 

JESSICAS POV

I woke up to a cold sensation accross my body.. water! OH SHIT! I screamed "MEG RUN!" And bolted out the tent. I had ten seconds until im on the ground flopping like a fish. "1,2,3" I ran to the pond. "4,5" I was close "5,6,7" I saw the pond "8.9" I jumped in. "10!" And i slipped into the pond and landed into a pool of water. I looked at myself and saw my green bikini top and my green/blue tail. Did Meg make it in time? Shit. "Meg?! MEG!" "Yeah?" I heard behind me. I turned around and saw meg in her purple top and tail. "You made it!" I said and hugged her. She laughed and said, "What? You think i would let a couple of teenage guys let our secret slip out?" I rolled my eyes. "WHatever but we should dry off and find them. They might be worried." She nodded. "Hope they are. That was a dick move." She said. "Hey, they didnt know that in 10 seconds of touching water we yould sprout tails and a bikini top." I said. She nodded and said "Lets go then." And Meg dove under and dissapeared and I followed her.

She torpedoed off and i followed her bubbles. Haha. Bubbles. then i torpedoed off as well

I got to shore and saw Meg drying off behind a rock. I crawled up next to her. She was using her power of heat to dry off. I started drying off too. Then we heard voices. THIER voices.
