In the year 2452, the world became a very futuristic place, with extremely high technology. But there was one person, an engineer. People called him the Ultimate Red Engineer(or URE for short). He was called that because he worked in a Red Forge and was an excellent engineer. He could fix about anything. He was most handy at making guns. His favorite, was his latest rifle, the RZ-6990 a rifle so powerful it could liquidfy anything it shot. It had unlimited ammo, and infinite range. It was The color of blood red, two lion fangs an the golden barrels.
The RZ-6990 was first used in the oil war between the United States and Russia. But peace was made after 20 months. But the people in both countries still hated each other. URE was an American, he fought in the 120th Heavy infantry, he was able to kill 54 soldiers before he was wounded in the arm. His arm was soon healed but the bitterness and anger inside him still didn't go away.
URE tried to forget the dark memories that still haunted him to this day, the screaming mass of people, the sound of gunfire, the blasts of bombs. So he put the precious RZ-6990 under the ground 60 feet below the soil of his enormous forge.
Five years has passed, URE had already forgotten about the rifle, the war, everything. He had retired and built a new house for him, his wife and his two sons. He was looking at the bulldozers and wrecking balls smash his old house when something shiny caught his eye, it was gold.
