"Peter?"
Tony walks to Peter's room, knocks his hand on the door, twists the doorknob and opens the door slightly to take a peek at what he's doing. After Tony scans the bright screen's display, and let out a disappointed sigh. "Why would you begin a game on such a bad timing?"
Peter turned to him, "I thought dinner was around 6:00 pm." Tony furrowed his eyebrows, looking at him in a confusing manner and looks at the clock on one of the walls in his room. The clock reads 5:06 pm. A shot of confusion goes through his head, as he flicked his wrist to check the time on his watch. Tony's watch reads 6:06 pm.
"I'm sorry, what?" Tony asks Peter again, trying to make things clearer. "I thought it's-" before Peter turns his head to the clock, he saw that his clock was set one hour before the current time. "That's weird." Peter stares at the clock, watching each tick the second hand makes.
"Is this one of Strange's tricks again?" Tony presses the nose of his bridge as he shakes his head, and Peter was still a confused, sitting duck. An idea shot Peter's brain, "Ah! That must be-"
"STRAAANGE!" Tony walks out of Peter's doorway, footsteps getting louder as he distances himself from his former position.
"..the eye. What is it called again? The eye of..motto something? God, I think I forgot something..." Peter murmured to himself, as he continued to play his game.
Stephen was just sitting there with his usual routine. Sitting cross-legged as thin rods glowing in a cruel shade of green emit from his necklace and surround him, with his head tilting in different directions. Except backwards like what an owl would do, though. Or weirder, his head would never turn upside down."
"Strange?" Tony opens Stephen's door. As Stephen heard his surname from Tony Stark himself, Stephen flinched and let out a short, terrified scream, as if he encountered a jumpscare. "I told you to not call me that!"
"Whatever. What happened to Peter's wall clock? He's late for dinner! And so are you!" Tony began, as he crossed his arms over his chest, he shoots a deadly stare at Stephen. "Parker's wall clock?" Stephen looked at Tony, dumbfounded. "You've been tampering with the-"
"Eye of Agamotto, and no, I wasn't tampering with it. I was just looking through the future." Stephen began correcting Tony, as he scoots off his bed and stood on the floor.
"Now what, are you lecturing me like some sort of a wife scolding her husband? All this just for being late for dinner?" Stephen spoke, slightly leaning closer to Tony. Suddenly, Tony's cheeks emit a shade of red. Tony sighs and rolled his eyes, "Let's just eat." As both Stephen and Tony walk out of the door, Tony smacked his hand on Stephen's butt.
"That was so gay." Stephen glared at Tony. "What you said was gayer than what I di-" before Tony would finish his sentence, Stephen pecked Tony's gleaming forehead. "Shut up. Let's just eat."
As they have finally reached the kitchen, they saw Peter sitting at the dining table. "The food is getting cold," Peter spoke, as he waited patiently to let (̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶p̶a̶r̶e̶n̶t̶s̶)̶ Stephen and Tony join in.
"To tell the truth, Mr. Stark, I adjusted the clock. For school's sakes." Peter spoke before consuming a spoonful of food. Tony and Stephen look at Peter in a dumbfounded expression and took a glance at each other with the same expression. "What the fuck just happened," Stephen whispered to himself.
"Language, Strange." Tony whispers harshly at Stephen.
"Sorry." Stephen whispers back as Peter squints his eyes in complete confusion.
