The arrival

As I walked in through my flat door,I was exhausted and went for a nap on my bed. But what was I thinking? I new straight away my best friend Angel would come running to me as I laid down. And as I predicted,the exact thing happened. "HOW WAS THE TRIP!!" she yelled as she pulled me up. She looked like a happy puppy dog waiting for a treat,although sometimes she could be annoying.

"It was good! But if only I was there for more of a holiday" I told her. Oh and I forgot to mention,I had just gotten back from my trip to LA for my uni work,as I study music. "Did u meet any cute guys?" She said looking desperate to know. "There were a few, maxi,jesse,Hayden and Jeremy" I replied as I told her where we met and how I thought Jeremy was gay. "Show me a picture!" She wined wanting to see,she was really good with this stuff and dealing with guys. I took my phone out to show her a picture. She snatched it off me and scolded "yeah he's gay,too good looking to be straight".

Then Angel started telling me about her relationship with Luke and how great it's going. I usually get annoyed because I'm not your typical girl I don't have a tacky relationship,wear a kilo of makeup everyday and wear dresses and cutesy little skirts and shorts where you can practically see my ass. To be honest I'd like to be in a relationship but I get so confused and don't really have a particular interest in guys.

"Why are you so mean to me whenever I talk about Luke! Don't you even care that it's your best friends boyfriend and you have never met him or spoke to him!" She yelled at me. Jeez that really annoys me,Angel is one of those typical cutesy girls who wear dresses and makeup and who go all out on a diet. But I still live with her and she does have that tomboy side of her. "Well sorry, but it doesn't really interest me,It's just that...oh don't worry"

She then told me to pay more interest because she wanted me to become friends with him. I just groaned,and maybe louder that I expected. I saw her getting really teary,then eventually started to cry. I felt so bad. How could I do this to my best friend? Now,I promised to myself to pay more attention.

"You know what girlfriend? We're gonna do girl talk ok? I'm gonna get some icecream and you stay right here,then you can talk hours about your boyfriend and I will deeply listen to every single word you say,ok?" Her mood brightened within the flick of a light switch. I then bolted to the kitchen to grab some ice cream, and luckily it was our favourite, double chocolate fudge. Then I grabbed 2 spoons and skipped back to the room.

Okay everyone that was my first chapter! I know it was short ok but still, comment if you think it's good or any ideas. I'll appreciciate it so much!!
