**Harry**

Louise. Louise Jones was my best girl mate, ever since pre school and I've always loved her. To me, she was beautiful and perfect, but she was my best mate, to which a relationship was out of the question. Nobody knew about my feelings towards her, not even Louise. So I acted as a big brother, so then I could love and care for her.

It was late summers evening as I was walking to her house for her fathers 50th Birthday. I checked myself in the car windows as I passed, butterflies flying around in my stomach.. I knew Louise for 10 years, yet I always got so nervous every time I was ever going to see her. As I knocked on the brown wooden door I was greeted by Mrs Jones. Man, she was a hot mumma!! I can tell where Louise got her gorgeous looks from.

'Hello Harry my dear, do come in'

I stepped inside the modern house that Louise's father had built. It was beautiful. I walked across the cream white carpet, making my way to the living room, where my father and mother was sat with a glass of sherry in their hands.

'Ahh Harry my son' proudly said by my father

'Hello father and mother, Happy Birthday Mr Jones' as I shook firmly hands with Louise's father but as I did so, my eyes glanced over his shoulders to have made eye contact with the sparkling green eyes, the eyes of my sweet heart crush, Louise.

** Louise**

I fitted on a pencil black skirt, with a fitted blouse and some black wedges, as I was getting ready for my fathers birthday meal. I left my hair down to let the loose curls hung above my shoulders. I applied a red lipstick to my full pouted lips, and a nude eye shadow to my eyelids and mascara that made my eyelashes long and curled.

I carefully took my step down the stairs and walked to the living room where everybody was meeting. My friend Harry and his parents was all meeting to go and have a meal together. I knew Harry since the first day at pre school. He was like a brother to me. Nothing more than that. His parents was really good mates with mine, so for that reason we did everything together, such as holidays and meals out.

As I entered the room, Harry was the first person I came eye contact with. His brown hair was gelled to the left, he looked damn smart. Everybody thought him and me was a sweetheart couple, but I never felt that way before, I mean it be gross, he's like a brother to me and I knew he had never felt that way either.

'Hey Louise' Harry greeted with his smile that showed all his perfect white teeth. Harry and I was the same age accept he was five months older than me, so soon he was turning 18. Harry was well known in our school, to be the captain in football. He had a girlfriend called Daisy, the Head Girl. She was beautiful and smart, for that's why I knew Harry never liked me.

'Well I dunno about you guys but I'm starving, let's hit the road' my father smiled and took hold of my mums arm as we walked to the cars to drive to our favourite and best place in town restaurant.

**Harry**

I helped Louise out the car like a gentleman. We walked arm in arm to the French restaurant which was both families favourite place to eat out.

We was greeted by a blonde hair girl, that was in the year below us, think her name was Lizzie. Amount of girls that hit on me, all because of my status. As she showed us to the table she winked at me. Across from me, Louise starred at her, with sadness in her eyes. That's one thing that made it difficult to love her. She always wanted to be more like those tarts and never realised how perfect she was. She was smart, cute, funny, beautiful and she didn't lower herself like most girls in our school did. Yes this may sound a bit weird how I feel this way when I have a tart of a girlfriend, but my girl Daisy is just for my status and she's going out with me for the same reason. We have no feelings for each other, it's more like friends with benefits, she is a bit of fun and we both wanted only that. Soon as schools over, we wouldn't talk to each other ever again. The only ever girl I had feelings for was Louise.

**Louise**

Lizzie Machoo, the tall, slim blonde girl that every guy wanted. She was a goddess and she knew that for a fact. She was a year younger than us, but for sure she attracts a lot of older mens attention, as she had Harry interested as she winks at him when we sat down at our table. Then again it doesn't surprise me, Harry was the football captain, gorgeous and he was a sex god, he always had this attention.

When we finished dinner, everybody in the restaurant started singing Happy Birthday to my father. After the song and he blew the candles out in embarrassment, we all had a slice of cake. Discussion went to talking about Harry and his future plans for getting into FA football.

'So happy for you Harry, you really deserve it, it's a real shame our Louise doesn't seem to have an interest in sports anymore, she could of become very successful in hockey, I'm sure of' my father spoke while sipping on his glass of the most expensive champagne the restaurant had.

'Father, I told you why I couldn't no longer do hockey, with the amount of pain I get in my knee' I replied pissed.

'Oh Louise your father isn't doubting and saying you quitting hockey was the wrong way, he's saying how it was very unfortunate it was for you' mother butted in.

My mother smiled sweetly, looking back at everyone at the table. I felt my checks go red. I always felt like my parents was never proud of me, like I was a burden.

'Well he didn't have to say it the way he did' I snapped back.

My mother looked at me as if I just had squashed a fly on the table.

'Now Louise that's no way to speak to your Mother like that, apologise instantly'

'Father, I shall not apologise for anything, I always feel like I'm never good enough'

'Louise my love, your Father and I are very proud of you, we just wish sometimes you would be proud of yourself and do lots more with your potential you have'

I excuses myself and rushed to the loos. My parents always complained how I never pushed myself in school work. I use to when I was young, but ever since high school, all I wanted was to fit in and being a geek wasn't a great starting point. It was alright for Harry. Perfect fucking Harry. He was sex god, team captain of the football squad and all I'am is some fat ugly girl that can't fit in society.

**Harry**

I never understood Louise. She had such a negative image of herself. She could do so much with her life, but she always compares herself with everyone else. I wish she saw what I could see.
