Who reveals She is single; having broken up with the baby's father. Stuck, opeyemi ponders on what next to do. Almost giving up, she spots a framed picture of a man laying on a Conner shelf. Her heart racing, she looks at the picture nervously. "its the baby's father." The woman said.
Her first suspect. With a motive; writing a warning note to the woman replacing her.
Taking the woman to the station for more questioning, the pregnant woman uses her phone call on her doctor. This in turn had opeyemi's curiosity. But fate had no plans in giving her a chance to question the woman any further as the walls of her uterus began to contract. Upon the doctor's arrival, the baby had to be delivered in the station, for there wasn't time to get to the hospital.
Back to her sister's house. Opeyemi collapses on the sofa. Worried she was stuck once again, with no clue on what next to do and a very possible suspension the following day. She decides to look through her sister's university album which was sitting on the centre table. Recognising a familiar face in three pictures from collection. she races to the hospital.
A new suspect. Less than 6hrs of day light left.
Having requested the doctor be brought in for questioning, A last favour from the DPO; She questions him on knowing her sister. Denying the accusation at first, he speaks the truth when the images where revealed. confessing he had known her from their days in university.
Back at her desk, opeyemi ponders on the information she had so far. A warning note saying "don't marry him" is sent to her sister two days after her engagement. A pregnant woman who knew nothing of her sister in the apartment where the letter originated from and is friends to a doctor who has a crush on her sister. Something was missing, and she knew it.
"hey! Your doctor dropped his wallet during delivery." An officer said dropping a wallet on her desk.
Reaching for a folded piece of paper that dropped as she tried opening the wallet, opeyemi is dumb struck as she recognises the stroke of the letters.
Upon much persuasion, the post man confirmed the image on her phone as the man who had paid him to deliver the letter.
Riving through the shortest routs she could think of, Opeyemi applied pressure on the gas. Aiming at getting to the hospital before dark.
"I know it was you!" she yelled. Stepping into the doctor's office. "You paid to have the letter delivered from a pregnant woman's apartment. Why?" she yelled.
Realising he had been caught. "love! Ok love" He said. Feeling tense.as he Lifted his briefcase while rising from his seat. "I couldn't in all conscience let her marry a criminal. Tunde had me impregnate his fiancé due to his impotence. The poor woman doesn't know am her baby's father. She left him after she caught him cheating!" Relaxing. "then I find out he was the brain behind the Offa robbery, I just had to stop the marriage."
Shocked by this. "I understand your intention." Looking towards the single window of the room, suddenly feeling suffocated "But you made a mistake. My sister is engaged to someone else. Tunde is my fiancé. We have been together for a year now."
