•Hamilton POV•

Alex slowly made his way around the colleges hallways,his backpack hanging off one shoulder and his eyes dull from lack of sleep.Eventually he walked into his English class with none of than Mr Washington,Alex had mixed emotions to the teacher on one hand he was nice and understanding and in the other he was annoying since he kept calling Alex "Son".Which pissed him off.a lot.
"Watch it Hamiltrash!"Jefferson sneered at the shorter boy his every glare looking down at him
"Sorry to get in your way Jeffershit "Alex growled back sitting down in his seat which was unfortunately next to jefferson.

Half way through the lesson Hamilton began to slip into a daze Completely forgetting that he was in class.At first he managed to stay awake but after a few minutes he fell asleep his head falling slowly and resting on Jefferson's shoulder.

•Jefferson's POV•

A faint blush spread across Jefferson's face as he stared at the smaller person sleeping on him,Luckily for him they where seated at the back row.He looked around awkwardly and slowly shook Alex awake.He woke up immediately and glared at Jefferson who returned the gaze.Jefferson would NEVER admit this to Hamilton but...He actually found him interesting.Not only was he quite handsome but very cocky and confident,Jefferson had never got the courage to try to confess to Hamilton so the best thing he could do was...argue and bully him.
Yes it wasn't what he like doing but it made Hamilton notice him and plus the midget would always insult him back.

<Time skip>

•Alex's POV•
I yawned and walked out of class,it was now lunch and...I wasn't hungry.So I did what I did most days and looked around for my "Group".
They where normally very loud so it wouldn't be hard to find them-

"Hey watch where your going gremlin."Thomas Jefferson growled down at Hamilton.
Alex snapped and glared at him 'Who does he think he is?!'
"tsk actually you where the one who walked into me idiot."

•Third person POV•

Insults kept flying out of both of them as a small crowd started to form crowding the two
As they started shouting.
"Wanna go hamiltrash?!"Jefferson shouting stepping forward
"yeah I do!"Hamilton spat back.
And just like that the group around them started chanting.Thomas Lunged forward swinging at Alex but the boy was fast on his feet and dodged it punching Thomas in his side hard.Thomas ignored the pain and punched directly at Hamilton's face hitting his cheek.He almost felt bad.

After a few minutes they where back at throwing insults with the occasional
"OOOOOOOOoooooo" from the crowd.
"gonna go back to France Jefferson?!"

"gonna run back to Navis?Oh wait you can't because of that HURRICANE."jefferson smirked,he knew he had hit a weak spot with that.

Alex froze up,he wanted to punch Jefferson in the mouth so badly but he just stood still.

"Gonna cry Alex?Its a shame that the hurricane didn't kill you.It would of done us all a Favour...."Thomas snickered.Of course he didn't mean it but...he couldn't let Hamilton think he cared about him.

•Jefferson POV•
I glared at the shorter bit expecting a insult back but instead I froze shocked.Hamilton was....Tearing up?
It was weird to see.Id never seen him cry or almost cry ,So I slowly stepped forward
"Hamilton?-"
Before I could touch his shoulder he ran off back to the dorms and towards our shared one.

"H-HAMILTON!"I shout and raced after him towards the dorms.
