Chapter 1: School and Beyotches

My parents bodies lying lifeless on the hardwood kitchen floor shatters my heart.My entire life.

"WAKE UP!!! Just please wake up. Please don't do this to me.I need you." I pleaded over and over even though I knew it was to late.I cried and cried but then I heard my mother mumble something and I realized that she was saying my name.I started to smile because I thought she was still alive but the beautiful voice turned into a sickening shriek.

"Jaydaaaaaa!!"

"Jayda!"

"Jayda!"

I jumped up to see my teacher and class staring at me.I realized I have been sleeping in computer class.I mean who wouldn't ,it's boring as hell.

"Jayda is there a reason why you are sleeping in class?" My teacher,Mr.Peterson asks.

"Um, I'm just a little tired.That's all."

"Most likely she has been spending all of her Aunties money." This girl at the back of the class said and all the girls nodded in agreement.

I turned around to face them. " Excuse me,but I'm not that type of girl to spend money just because its there.I respect my Auntie enough to appreciate the work she do."

"Oh really?" The same girl from earlier questioned me with a small smirk on her lips. I think her name was Mindy.

"Because you didn't seem to a have respect for your parents when you stabbed them to death." She still had the smirk on her face but it quickly disappeared when Madison got up and punched her square in her nose. I was still sitting in my seat unable to respond to what she just said.I've heard people apologizing for the death but out of all the 7 years nobody has ever blamed me for it until today.

"Owwww,YOU BITCH.YOU BROKE MY NOSE AND BRUISED MY LIP!!!" Mindy screamed from the ground where you can see the blood escaping from both her nose and lip. Madison walked over to me angry and satisfied with the damage she just did to Mindy.

"Bae? Are you okay? Don't worry about her. I'm more than sure that I bashed her face in." She said as she tried to joke around but I was still shocked about what she said."Come on let's go so you can settle down.Okay?"

I nodded as she called Jackson over to help assist. We walked out the classroom away from the chaos that was still happening with Mindy.We went outside to the football field and sat on the bleachers.The cool early morning air blowing around us helped raised the tension. It was about 5 minutes of silence until I decided to speak up.

"I didn't kill my parents." I said in a low whisper.

"We know you didn't babe. The killer is in jail right now so any one who thinks you killed your parents are stupid beyotches." Madison said in a soothing voice which made me laugh but it came out hollow.

"Beyotches, really??" Jackson said with an amused look on his face.

"What?? Its a really productive word." And she shrugged and a look on her face that said she had no care in the world.I laughed at their silliness.They were really meant for each other. We sat in some more silence and ended up getting lost in our own thoughts until the bell rung. We got up and started to make our way back into the building.

"Beeeeeeep!" The noise for the intercom came on which is really annoying gathering everybody's attention in the hallway.

"May I please have Madison Cooper report to the principal's office for a moment please?Thank You."

Everybody in the hallway looked towards Madison to see how she was going to react.

"Uggg!" She groaned.

"Babe, please don't get in any more trouble than you already are.Remember you have a volleyball game this afternoon." Jackson said trying to comfort her.

"You don't care about my volleyball game. You just want to see me in those shorts." She replied with a smirk.

"Okay,Okay. You caught me." He said with a big goofy and his hands up in a surrender motion.

"Alrighty you guys. I guess I will catch you guys at lunch?"She said while backing away towards the office.Jackson and I nodded our heads in agreement before turning away heading to class.Jackson walked me to class being the gentleman that he is.

" Thanks Jack."I said with a smile on my face.

"Anytime Jay." And with that he walked down the hallway towards his own class room.I took a deep breath before stepping into my Home Ed class. When I walked in the whole class was looking at me while the teacher was writing book pages on the board. I took my original seat which was in the middle row and took out my notebook and pen.

"Glad to see that you have joined us Ms.Banks." Mrs.Santos said with a lighthearted smile.Mrs.Santos was a really nice teacher.She likes to joke around and play but she is serious when its time to get work done.You can either be her friend or her enemy.

"Okay class!Today is the type of day where you have to read a page or two and answer the questions at the end of it.And since I'm so nice, you can work in partners." A chorus of "yea" and "yaass" came from the room."Okay get busy."

At this time I would've gotten up and sat next to Maddy but she is gone so I just stayed in my seat praying that nobody bothers me because I've already had a long morning and I don't want it to get worse.
