At the time I didn't know how sick he was, all I knew was that he couldn't really see. "Hi Felix"

"Hello Binnie" that's cute. "What did you wanna bring me?" he squinted really hard. So cute. I reached in my pocket and pulled out a keychain.

"I probably can't see what you brought me, but could you at least tell me what it looks like?" "Sure".

And so that's what I did. He smiled once I told him what it looks like, and then he asked me an unexpected question. One that would change my life.

"Can I have your number Changbin?" "But-we just met yesterday. A-and you don't even know my age or-" I decided to be quiet after he reached over and held my hand.

"Is that a no? Why don't you just tell me your age?" Duh, why didn't I think of that.

"I'm 20" "I'm 17, but my birthday's next month"

It was hard not to like the kid. He was attractive, sweet, all while being unable to see. "Felix... I think you're really cute" why did I say that?! Why is he smiling like that?

"You're probably cute too. So, can I have your number?" he passed me his phone.

"Sure"
