A few years have passed ever since I met Henry. What I never realized, that ever since I met him, my life would go down to dirt. There is this popular girl and her name is Lindsey. She is one of my best friends too, well..was. She has a crush on Henry before me, ever since we were seven. We had this slumber party with boys, and one of the games we played involved us playing video games between the guys, seven girls, and seven boys. Girls vs Boys, playing Mario, Sonic, and all the classics. It would go from a Game Boy to a Ps2, or an Xbox 360.

The game went like this, one boy had to play against one girl. Whoever lost, had to kiss the other, or play a dare card that was laid on the table. I remember when we were playing on our Game boys and Lindsey was playing Pokemon. She won a battle against Henry. He had to choose between a dare card or to kiss her, and since he picked the dare card..she was upset.

Everyone laughed at her for him rejecting her, but she took her anger out on me because I couldn't stop them. Ever since that day, she stopped hanging out with me and got people to hate me by starting rumors about me saying that I stole from people, and I was a fat, pregnant little girl, for having stretch marks. It hurt when I'd walk to school in some shorts, and people would laugh that I had big thighs and a chubby stomach.

People would jab about my stomach, call me "fatty mick fat cakes." Or they would call me ugly, or pregnant, and I don't know why because I was never pregnant. My parents barely helped me through my rough times, and I would go home, crying, but I'd have my friends come over and they would cheer me up.

My parents had a divorce at the time, and I moved to a new school. My dad moved to Cali and my Mom and I moved to Texas. My first time in High-school, with some of my old friends, and..Henry. It was hard to leave a place that I grew up in, but I was happy to start a new life, and make more friends. I was especially happy to see my crush came to the same school that I went to. My first year as a freshman. I'm happy. I had my old childhood friends with me. Shane, Emily,  and Kimberly.

"Look, we are in a new school, full of new people. We are now teens. We get to date people and have fun! " Shane had told me, as I got my books from my locker.

"Yeah, and we can go ahead and get boyfriends, right?" Emily said, happily jumping up and down from her seat.

"I can't wait. I'm finally a freshman at High-school. Oh, my life and dreams. We can't mess this up!" Kimberly walked in front of us and turned, as her left hand was wrapped behind her back, while she held her right arm.

"I don't know guys..what if its like middle school?" I shrugged my shoulder, a bit upset, while my hair was in front of my face.

"It won't be like middle school. People will love us. We can find others like us, and increase our group." Shane said as he moved the hair away from my face, to the side of my ear, while looking at me.

"I'm just nervous, that's all," I said before bumping into a tall, slim, body built male.

"I'm so sorry. " I look up, seeing as if it was Henry.

"Hey, no problem. " Henry looked down, smiling at me as his group of boys was all holding his shoulders.

"Hey, aren't you that girl that got hit in the head by a soccer ball?" One of Henry's friends said, pointing at me.

"Hey, not funny. Stop it." Henry said, before brushing them off.

"It's okay. Y-yeah, I was, but I have a name, and it's Jenny." I sigh.

"Sorry about that. They don't know when to stop. I'll see you around." Henry said, before hitting his friends at the back of their head, before walking to class.

A few minutes walked by as I stared at Henry walk off. I had smelled his good cologne before the Bell rang. My head lost in a daze before I ran to class.

At that moment, I know my life will be changed forever. Is this fate? Will things change for the better? Is he my prince charming?
