The day it all started

story set its the 1600s in Ireland a small village surrounds the walls of the inner city and castle and a bit farther from the village is the farm lands the war has not yet reached this remote part and are story starts at ymirs farm

I woke up and streached like a cat on my bed and sat up on my the edge of my bed I looked at my quaint little house I looked at my bedside table at the picture of my mother and father who passed away a few years ago I looked up and out the window the sun was just finishing its assent into the sky I sighed and stood up and got dressed I wore a short sleeve green shirt and a long yellow skirt and my work boots ill be 17 today I can't afford the luxury of pastrys usually but this year will be different I saved up money for a sweet seedcake loaf " mmmmm " can't wait well I better start walking so I can make it home before nightfall

I woke up to one of my maids " I don't wanna " " please banphrionsa you must get up " I sighed and sat up the maid blushed " miss I've asked you to keep your night gown on " I looked down I was naked " but its uncomfortable I'd much rather sleep like this " she sighed " well if that's all you came for please leave " she bowed and left the room I crawled out of bed and stood up I disliked the maids dressing me frankly I hated being dressed but I can't walk around in the nude I walked to my dresser and slipped on my under garments a put on a simple white dress and a pair of white knee high boots I hate doing buttons but I loved these shoes I went and sat at my mirror I brushed my hair and put it in a braid I loved the way my bright blond hair a blue eyes went together I stood up and ran down the halls down the stairs and outside into the court yard I started my way into town
