There were fields; beautiful, colorful fields. The sky was a bright blue and the birds were basking in it. The sound of a spring could be heard as its waterfall landed gracefully in the blankets of water. Bunnies and deer could be seen prancing around as if they were playing tag. Then there was the smell. It was a faintly sweet smell like honeysuckle. As Jane inhaled in the smell a sharp pain reached her senses.

“Ow!” Jane popped open her eyes instantly regretting the action. She squeezed her eyes shut realizing the physical pain was coming from her head. Jane cradled her head until she felt it was safe to open her eyes. At first, everything was hazy but then her eyes slowly adjusted. Jane noticed she was in an unfamiliar room and she was cushioned between pillows on a large bed; and that seemed to be the only furniture in the room except for a dresser across the room with a mirror placed on top. The walls were a very plain white and the room contained no windows.

Jane sat up making sure to do so slowly; she couldn’t handle another pain attack of the brain. Jane had no idea why her head hurt so bad, she just wanted the pain to go away. As she sat up, Jane began to panic. She couldn’t think of whose room she could be in and why. The last thing she remembered was being in her room and packing her stuff. Oh no! Jane thought, her bus probably left hours ago! There was no way of telling the time since the room produced no clock. Jane walked to the door across the room and soon learned it was locked and apparently from the outside. Jane began to panic more.

Before thinking about what she was doing Jane started pounding on the door. “Hello?! Is anyone out there? I need to go home! You see…” Jane stopped herself from rambling. The fact that the door was locked, she was in unfamiliar territory and she couldn’t remember getting here, Jane started to panic yet again. “Breathe in, breathe out…” She chanted to herself. Jane racked her brain for any possible reasons as to why anyone would bring her here. Maybe she was kidnapped? Her foster parents did have lots of money. She quickly wiped the thoughts away because it hurt her brain to think. The headache was making Jane more frustrated. “For Pete’s sake!” Jane shrieked.

Jane thought she heard commotion outside the room so she placed her ear to the door. At the moment of doing so the door banged open sending Jane flying to the floor. Jane grabbed her head in pain and turned to a fetal position.

“Oh, crap, are you okay?” Jane didn’t bother to look or reply to whomever spoke. Her head felt like it was going to explode and all she needed was quiet.

“Hey, seriously, are you okay?”

“If I answer you will you please stop talking?” Jane’s reply gained a chuckle.  “Ugh, why does my head hurt so badly?”

“Um, that would probably be the…chloroform that Aero decided to use on you…”

“What the hell? You drugged me?!”

“Well, I didn’t…we didn’t know he was going to use it…”

Jane was still in a fetal position and to whoever she was speaking to was probably getting a kick out her screaming on the ground.

“We?! Who’s we?! You know, maybe if you would have asked nicely I would have just come!”

“I don’t think it would have been that easy…would you like some headache tablets? I brought some just in case…”

“Ha! Just in case, eh? Screw off! But before you go, yes you can leave me the pills.”

“I have to take you somewhere once we’re done here…”

This caused Jane to become angrier so she jumped from the floor, “who the hell are you to…” Jane abruptly stopped speaking. She didn’t expect her captor to be so…sexy. He looked a bit older than Jane with his black hair and blue eyes. He contained a toned body according to the clothes that were barely covering his muscles. He had an innocent, sweet look to him. He was eyeing Jane curiously and this was because Jane probably had smoke coming out her head she was so angry. She began speaking more calmly due to being mesmerized by his gorgeous eyes, “You drug me, kidnap me, bring me to who knows where, and then have the decency to drag me around when my head obviously just wants to pop off!” He chuckled handing her the tablets and a bottle of water. “And then you have the decency to laugh at me?!”

“Well, you kind of are over reacting.” He stated calmly.

“Over reacting?! What the hell else am I supposed to do? I don’t know what I’m supposed to be thinking! Should I be…scared?”

“Oh, no. Our leader just wants…a word with you.”

“Leader…?” Jane was confused but him stating that she shouldn’t be scared oddly made her relax a little. And Jane wasn’t usually one to over react; she was calm about most things. But the fact that she wasn’t kicking and screaming at this guy made her worry about her sanity.

They were interrupted by a towering figure in the doorway. “If you two are done…chatting, maybe it’s best we be on our way.”

Jane instantly recognized his voice, “Hey! You’re the one who came through my window!” Another thought struck her, “And now I have this damn, splitting headache because of you!”

The man turned his gaze to Jane only to appear disgusted. “Hush now, I’d hate to have to…”

“Aero…” Jane turned to look at the guy with the gorgeous eyes who was glaring at the towering figure. He then turned to Jane, “Come, Aero is correct, we must be on our way now.” Jane quickly swallowed the tablets and downed the water. She was going to regret that later but, hopefully they would let her use the bathroom. “What’s your name?” she blurted quickly covering her mouth. Aero glanced at her, still disgusted.

“Clementine.” Jane looked to the guy with gorgeous eyes now known as Clementine.

‘I’m Jane.”

“Yes…”Clementine stated hesitantly, “we know.”

He lent out his hand for Jane to take, obviously trying to gain her trust. She cautiously reached for it causing Aero to grunt in disapproval. He led her out the bedroom into a long corridor and then quickly dropped her hand, to Jane’s disappointment. She blushed at her sudden urge to grab his hand, she just trusted him in an odd way. And she knew he wouldn’t let the jerk, Aero, harm her. She walked in the middle of them with Clementine brushing against her shoulder quite often whereas Aero made sure there was no contact between them.

They walked what felt like several minutes down the dimly lit corridor until they reached an enormous door. It seemed as though Jane was panting by the time they stopped. Clementine an Aero were pretty fast pacers and Jane felt like she jogged just to keep up with them. “You guys walk really fast like those vamps on T.V.” She stated, amusing herself. This gained an even more disgusted look from Aero and a chuckle from Clementine.

“Well, here we are.” Clementine said.

‘Wait, I’m going in there by myself? But I don’t know…”

“It’ll be fine, Jane.” She loved the way Clementine spoke her name. This caused another blush to slowly creep but Aero’s grunt of lack of impatience made it disappear. What was up with this guy, she thought. Clementine reached for the door and gave her a nudge forward.

Jane knew one thing was right, she was utterly and absolutely confused yet any fear was diminished when she laid eyes on Clementine. Weird, she thought.

<Can't make up my mind who should play Clementine, Nathaniel Buzolic or Dean Gerey?> Any ideas for Jane?>
