Chapter 1

Gracie's POV

"Grace did you hear what's going around?" Caitlin spoke sitting next to me on the sofa.

"No?" I stated

"Well apparently Justin's coming back to see his family and friends" she stated

"Ugh I don't want that name mentioned in my house again, good for him, he cut me out his life, I moved on, I don't give a fuck anyway"

"Our house" she chuckled "you sure sound like you give a fuck

"Whateves I don't, I mean it will be hard considering we were friends for so long and he's just cut me out, but if he's expecting opening arms well put it this way he's going to have a shock!"i shot walking into the kitchen. Just then the door opened and in walked Chaz, Ryan and Christian.

"Justin's coming today" Chaz beamed. fuck, today could of prepared me for this.

"That's nice" I smiled emotionless

"Anyway on a lighter note, guess who's song we heard on the radio today" they all smiled

"Really?" I laughed

"Yep they keep playing it, they love it they said" the boys laughed, I turned on the radio and what was playing my song fuck it feels like a dream.

"Did you forget I was even alive? did you forget everything we ever had? did you forget? did you forget about me?" we all sung

Justin's POV

"Now that was the newest Canadian star Gracie Leigh James with don't forget" the radio spoke

"Did you hear that mom? you don't think that my Gracie do ya?" I asked

"Yeah that is 'your Gracie'" she laughed

"So we have Gracie on the line with us now"

"Hey turn it up" I shouted to the driver

"So Gracie, you're new song 'don't forget' is a chart topper definitely in the top 5, how does that feel?" Chris the radio guy asked

"Well, oh my gosh, it's like I'm in a dream just feels like I'm going to wake up any minute, but I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me and brought the song, you're all amazing" she chuckled

"What inspired you to release this song and to write this song? he asked

"Well funny story actually" she nervously laughed " you see I have well had this bestfriend, we used to do everything together, we was basically joined at the hip could never of got us apart, but one day he got so lucky, like he got famous, promised to keep in touch, then the next thing hear nothing from him no replies to my texts nothing nada just like he forgot about me"

"Famous huh? do we know him?"

"You sure do" she laughed

"Name and shame, name and shame" he changed

"Well it was, no I'm joking I would but I would get so told off and no doubt his fans would have my head on a stick like literally"

"Haha okay nice speaking to you Gracie, would you like to know what number you're song is in the charts?"

"Yes please" she giggled nervously

"So who do you have with you today?" he asked

"I have my best friends with me, Caitlin, Ryan, Chaz and Christian"

"Right here we go today at number 2" there was a long pause "magic! with rude which means Gracie Leigh you're song is our number one this week in our big top 40" he cheered

"I I" she stuttered

"Hello this is Caitlin, she's froze and crying at same time and not responding is that healthy?" Caitlin panicked

"Erm, well maybe call a doctor" he laughed

"I'm okay Gracie shouted "thank you, thank you, thank you, to everyone who brought the song a big thank you to the fans, I cannot express into word how much this means to me, and a big thank you to the person who inspired me to write the song" she rushed

"Well it's nice to talk to you and congratulations on you're first number one hit, would you like to introduce you're single for us?" he asked

"Hi this is Gracie Leigh James and this is my new single 'don't forget' enjoy"

And with that she was gone and her song started playing.

"Do you reckon this song is about me?" I asked my mom

"Well do you?" she questioned

"Kinda" I said thinking about what happened
