Third Person's POV

It was another peaceful night in the Land of Fire. It was not raining, with the sky full of stars and the crescent moon shining from above. Everything was so fine with people gathering with each other, out drinking sake in the bar or sleeping peacefully at home.

But not for a small village near the border of the Land of Fire. There was fire everywhere, sound of people screaming and blood splattered all over the ground. It was a terrible night for the people who lived there. Or used to, because everyone's dead within a few minutes.

There was a girl outside the village, approximately 15 years old. She stood there watching as the village burned. She has a pale skin porcelain face with a black waist length hair. Her blue kimono top soaked in blood, her right hand holding a katana, her pale white face also covered in blood. She was staring at the village without any emotion in her red crimson eyes. She just stood there in silence.

A masked man with black cloak walked towards her, she knows he was coming, but she didn't turned her face. A creepy laughing sound coming from the man.

"Such a brutality," he said as he put his hand on her head. "what are you gonna do now?"

She turned her head towards the man, her cold gaze will definitely make anyone shiver but not for the masked man. He has seen more than just a pair of cold eyes. He has seen much more terrible things than a slaughtered village.

"who are you?" she asked. She didn't want to admit it but she's pretty surprised that a man would want to come near her. She's not used to it.

"My name is Uchiha Madara. What about you, little girl?"

"Ai," she answered.

The masked man laughs again as he heard her answer. She's not a girl with words he guessed. "how about you coming with me?" he offered the girl.

She looked at the man with her eyes widen in surprise. Why would someone wants to be with her? Why would he asked her to come with him? She has always been alone all this time. Everyone hate her. She's just a mere pawn for her village. But not anymore.

"why would I come with you?" she asked the man again. Blood came out from her mouth everytime she pushed herself to talk. She's exhausted. She ran out of chakra. She breathes heavily. Her katana fell from her grasp. She has no energy left.

"You have nowhere to go. And from what I see, you're exhausted. Why don't you join me in my organization?"

She looked at him, "What organization?"

The man lower himself to stand at the same height as her, he strokes her cheek to erased the blood.

"Akatsuki."

Ai's POV

I walked with the masked man beside me. He's right. I have nowhere to go since I've killed my entire clan and all of the villagers. He said something about his organization. I don't give a damn about it. All I need is a place to sleep and clean this blood from my body.

We arrived at a big tower in the Village Hidden in the Rain-Amegakure. It's raining here, just as the name said it, Hidden Rain Village. He asked me to follow him inside. The blood from my face and shirt has been washed out since I walked through the rain. He opened a door and I see a big room with people using the same black cloak as him.

"Tobi! Where were you going? um!" a guy with blonde ponytail asked him with a cheerful voice. What is this place?

"Hehehe I was wandering around and I found this cute little girl near the Land of Fire. She's alone so I brought her here, Deidara-senpai," the masked man replied with a more cheerful voice. What the hell is he doing? Does he change his personality?

A man with sleek white hairstyle walks towards me, his eyes looking at me from top to toe, examining. I gave him a cold gaze, I hate when people looking at me like that. I'm not a freak show.

"She's just a fucking ordinary girl. What are we doing here exactly? Are we running an orphanage or something?" the white haired man said. I swear I would've killed him if I have the power right now.

Suddenly, a man with orange hair and piercings all over his face appeared beside me. I didn't realize his presence at all. Maybe I'm just tired.

"She'll join us from now. Watch out your mouth, Hidan. She can tear you to pieces," he said. I didn't know I'll be joining this organization. I just thought I'll left as I recovered. Well, a free place to live isn't bad at all.

"What's your name?" the blonde ponytail asked. "Ai."

He shook his head, "Don't you have any family name or something?"

"My families are all dead. I'm not bound to them. My name will be emough," I replied. Where are they going with this? Are they going to interrogate me or what?

The masked man broke the silence with an awkward laugh. He's pretty confusing. I'm sure he's just as cruel as me before but now he's acting all cheerful. Who is he? And wait, what did they called him? Tobi? I thought he's Uchiha Madara.

"Enough, enough, Deidara-senpai. I'm sure Ai is tired right now. Tobi is going to show Ai her room now. Excuse me, Pain-sama," he said as he pulled my left hand. I followed him.

He shows me my room, it's in the end of the 2nd floor corridor. I opened the door and take a look inside. It's pretty big. It has a queen sized bed in the middle, a desk and a closet near the window. It also has it's own bathroom. This is great.

I walk inside the room and sit on the chair beside the desk. I'm tired after all those journey. The masked man walks inside and open the closet door. There's a black cloak inside. The similar one with the cloak they all use. It has red clouds as the motives.

"I'll leave you now," he said as he walk out the door.

"wait!" I said as I grab the back of his cloak. He turns his head to me. "Who are you exactly?"

He pulled his cloak from my hand, "Just call me Tobi" he said as he closed the door.

I stand there, confused. But then, I decided to take a shower instead.

This organization is weird, I think as I walk to the bathroom.
