They were in a war. But they're also teenagers. Teenagers that are supposed to spend the day carelessly, and not worrying about a single thing that lies ahead. But they are not that "supposed" teenagers, and especially not when there is a war going on. People were being murdered, tortured, kidnapped. It was hard. Especially on a specific person called Harry Potter, the Boy who Lived, the Chosen One, or whatever people's calling him these days.

As the war began to rage, members of the wizarding community has always suspected Harry as the Chosen One, or just to make things clear: the person that is responsible to kill Voldemort. It's true. He is the Chosen One. And he does need to kill him. But only to fullfill a prophecy. A prophecy in which his mother and father had died for.

But it was all over now. He defeated Voldemort, and they had just celebrated the 2nd anniversary of his downfall. As things began to calm down, so was his life. He has established a routine of work, meeting Ginny, baby-sitting Teddy, meeting Ron and Hermione, visiting the Burrow, but most importantly, it was just being him. Not the Boy who Lived, the Chosen One, their Hero, but being free. Free of the responsibilities that had haunted him for years.

He had to admit. Dealing with the first few weeks after the war had been so hard. The months in hiding, people dying under his eyes, were not something he could forget easily. Of course, Ginny had been there, and Ron and Hermione too. But his mind was clouded with these questions: Should he done it sooner? Will Fred, Remus, Tonks still be alive? He should have, but he didn't, and he couldn't. The horcruxes were still out there, and killing him would he totally pointless.

He missed them all of them, but especially his parents. It's strange that he could miss them so much, but he hadn't really got to know them. He has almost no good memory of them, but he knew that his parents had a wonderful time in Hogwarts with Sirius, Remus, and as much as he hated to admit, Peter Pettigrew. His parents were best friends with Pettigrew, and they did has some memorable time with him.
