" There was nothing more praise worthy than your work Ms Hale."

Yolanda Garcia says as she looks at Isabelle's work.

" Thank you Mrs Garcia. "

Isabelle says smiling. She was happy that the like what she did with their house. But happy as she was she had some personal problems she has been dealing with. Her father being sick with cancer has taken a toll on her. Her father being the only parent she has left. Finding it hard to breathe she quickly says

" Excuse me. "

And then goes out through the door leading to the garden, only to slam into someone's chest.

" Could you watch where you're going? "

The harshness in the unknown persons voice made, the tears that had been threatening to spill all day to come out. Isabelle was now crying. She took a shaky step back and allowed the ignorant snob of a stranger to pass. She quickly wiped her tears and took a deep breath.

" Snob. "

She says under her breath before she continued into the garden. She then to a walk in the garden using that time collecting her thoughts and her emotions and putting them in check before she went back to the house, and inside where the party is being kept.

She then finds Mr and Mrs Garcia you introduced her to the snob from earlier.

" Ms Hale, Mr Darcy. Mr Darcy, Ms Hale. "

Yolanda Garcia made a quick introduction.

" It's a pleasure. "

They both say shaking each other's hand stiffly.

" Darcy sister is getting married next week and was just asking us who worked on our house and of course we told him you. "

Yolanda Garcia says smiling. Isabelle nods before saying.

" I'm sorry Ms Garcia but I don't do weddings. But my company does have other staff that does. I must be leaving. Thank you for a lovely evening. "

Darcy couldn't help but feel guilty for being rude to her. The fact that Isabelle refused to work for him made him more determined to have her work for him. Darcy also knew that an apology was in order. After all he was quiet rude.

I known its short, but it's short like it's supposed be. It is the preface after all.
