I heard a honk and basically blasted out of the door. I haven't been to a party in forever.

Jumping in the car, i put on my seat belt with a big grin on my face.

"Why are you so excited?" Antonio said from the driver seat.

"I'm ready to go to a party and get drunk as fuck. Let's go, let's go." I hurried him until he finally drove off.

"So why were y'all together?" I started a conversation in the silent car.

Antonio and Nicole looked at each other for a minute till Antonio cleared his throat. "I took her to get her nails done."

"Awww thas cute." I budged into they're business. "Y'all a thing now or what?"

"No, Eva." Nicole said rolling her eyes. "We're just friends."

"Mhmm." I hummed sitting back into my seat.

"Im guessing that's the house?" Antonio said pointing to a big house with people standing outside.

I was so excited i could squeal. "I'll meet y'all later."

Jumping out of the car i raced into across the street and into the house.

Immediately the sent of alcohol filled my nostrils with a hint of weed. This is what i missed so much.

Pushing through the crowds of people, i found the self serve bar.

I picked up a red cup and looked through the glass bottles. Most of the brands I've never heard of before so i just looked for the drink with the highest percent of alcohol.

I saw a clear bottle with a clear liquid in it. Picking it up i poured the liquid into the red cup.

"Eva?" I heard behind me practically making me break my neck.

I turned around seeing a tall lightskin that I'm pretty sure I've never seen in my life.

"Do i know you?" I looked him up and down.

"It's Jamal." He said. That still didn't ring any bells. "From 7th grade."

My eyes widened. "Jay?!"

He nodded.

"Oh my god! I haven't seen in so long." I hugged him tight. He returned the hug.

Jamal was my middle school best friend along with Nicole. We feel off after middle school ended and i haven't heard of him till now.

"How have you been?" Jamal said as he let go of me.

"Good, for the most part." I smiled. "A lot of things have been going on."

"Well maybe you can tell me when i take you out to dinner." Jamal smirked.

My eyebrows furrowed. "As friends right?"

"If that's how you want it to be." Jay said taking another step towards me. He was so close to me i was practically breathing in his oxygen.

"How do you want it to be?" I said with a smirk.

Jack said he wanted to take a break so technically this isn't cheating. The lust is in Jay's eyes looked like they were in overdrive.

"You wanna go up to the balcony? A couple of my friends are up there." Jamal finally says as he takes a step back.

I nodded as he put his arm around me and we want up to the balcony.

When we reached the top of the stairs there was a glass door leading to the huge balcony. We went outside and greeted all of his friends.

Everything was going good until i greeted his last friend, Jack.

"Eva, this is my friend Jack. Jack this is Eva." Jamal said making mentally face palm myself.

Jack glared at me but still said. "Nice to meet you." He shook my hand politely.

Confusion washed over my face. "you...too?"

Jamal directed me to two empty chairs and we sat down.
