RGB took a glance at Ferrin, who was sitting on the edge of a hill. It was overlooking the city of Los Angeles. Ferrin always enjoyed looking at the scenery of the city lights, because of how bright and beautiful they looked. A small, gentle breeze swept through RGB's antennas, giving him a small, but sudden jolt of electricity, making him shudder. Ferrin was too busy overlooking the city lights, still admiring them. RGB couldn't help but walk up closer to Ferrin. He stood beside her, with his hands neatly hidden behind his back, in a gentlemanly manner. Ferrin took a few seconds from looking at the beautiful scenery to look at RGB. He looked back at Ferrin. He smiled gently at her. "Are you enjoying the view?" He asked her. "Yes!!!" Ferrin answered almost instantly, her happiness and excitement getting the best of her. Ferrin was smiling widely, but once she realized how excited and loud she sounded, she silenced herself almost immediately. She had never felt so embarrassed and ashamed of herself in her entire life. She quickly looked at RGB. "Oh my gosh, RGB! I am so sorry! I... I got a little over-excited there!" Ferrin said, feeling horrible about herself. RGB immediately noticed how embarrassed Ferrin looked. "No no no, Ferrin! It's okay! I don't mind!" He comforted her. Ferrin slowly, but surely calmed down after hearing what RGB had just said. After a few more silent moments of admiring the city lights of LA, RGB turned to Ferrin. She looked like she was done looking. "Are you done looking?" RGB politely asked Ferrin. She finally turned to face him and nodded. "Well, come along then! We should get you home, your parents might be getting worried about you!" RGB said, picking up his bamboo cane that he left hanging on a tree branch. Ferrin reluctantly followed RGB. She didn't want to go home just yet. She wanted to be with RGB for a little while longer. She mentally sighed, and ran a little bit to catch up to RGB. She walked right beside him, secretly admiring his stride. Ferrin knew that RGB might not have the same feelings for her, but she loved him. But, there was a problem with that. She couldn't pinpoint as to why she loved someone like him. Was it his good looks? Maybe. Was it his personality? No. What was it? She just couldn't pinpoint it.
As Ferrin and RGB walked down the street, heading towards Ferrin's house, RGB looked to his side where Ferrin was every now and then to make sure that she was still there. RGB didn't want to dwell on it too much, but he loved Ferrin. He loved how kind, caring, and understanding she seemed to be. But there was one problem. He wasn't sure whether she liked him or not. RGB mentally sighed to himself. "I'll worry about this later." He thought.
As Ferrin and RGB continued walking, she couldn't stand it any more. Ferrin wanted to hang out with RGB a little longer. She slowed down her pace, and looked at RGB. He looked back at her. "Why are you slowing down? Are you okay?" RGB asked Ferrin. She gulped, and tried to gather up the courage to say what she wanted to say. "RGB, I..." "You what?" "I don't want to go home." Ferrin finally admitted. RGB felt confused. Why did Ferrin say that? He thought she wanted to go home, but now she doesn't. "...Why?" RGB finally asked Ferrin. She felt her stomach tie up in knots. "Because I..." "I'm waiting." "Because I want to hang out with you for a little longer!" Ferrin finally confessed. RGB couldn't help but feel a little surprised at what Ferrin had said. She wanted to hang out with him more? "Why?" He asked, without thinking. Ferrin felt her insides swell up with worry, she didn't want to tell RGB her true feelings for him yet, she was still fighting her inner struggles. RGB looked at his surroundings. He found a bench in the park. He looked back at Ferrin. "Let's go sit over there. You can tell me what's wrong there, okay?" He said. Ferrin nodded, and they sat down on the bench. Ferrin couldn't do it. She didn't want to tell RGB her feelings for him yet. RGB suddenly realized what he was doing. "I'm so sorry! You don't have to answer the question! I didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable!" RGB said, feeling remorseful. Ferrin instantly forgave him. "No no no, RGB! It's okay! I forgive you!" She confessed. RGB suddenly felt shocked at what Ferrin had just said. "Wait... you... forgive me..?" He asked. "Yes!" Ferrin admitted. She felt confused at RGB's words. "It's just that... Nobody really says that to me very often." RGB admitted. Normally, RGB kept his feelings to himself, but there was something about Ferrin that made him feel like he could trust her. Ferrin felt intrigued by RGB's words. She couldn't come up with anything to say next. But then she started to think. Ferrin tried to think of why she loved RGB so much. She became frustrated at herself. "Just pick a feature you stupid girl!" Ferrin said to herself. She clenched her fists, she couldn't stand herself anymore. Ferrin felt the urge to punch the park bench she and RGB were sitting down on. But she couldn't dare do it in front of RGB, so she kept it to herself. Ferrin was screaming internally. She just wanted to love RGB, and have a long-term romantic relationship with him. She started blushing at the thought of her and RGB being in a relationship. Her heart began to race. Ferrin was so deep in thought, that she didn't notice RGB watching her. RGB couldn't help but notice how beautiful Ferrin looked tonight. Magenta ink dripped from the color bar on his television screen. Then RGB started getting lost in thought as well. He started thinking about how much he loved and admired Ferrin. He thought about the reasons why he loved her, but he knew that Ferrin probably didn't feel the same way about him. He was, "the very worst monster" and Ferrin was just a human. They couldn't be together. RGB didn't tell Ferrin, but he was a human once. But that was a long time ago, before his death. He was a young man, who was a performer. And boy, was he good at it. RGB wondered how old Ferrin was during those times, and what she was doing. But then he started thinking about his actions, what he had done in the past. He remembered how he had once recruited a bunch of "Heroes" just so they could save his world, and other worlds, from disappearing. It took a lot of attempts, because almost all of them somehow ended up failing horribly, but it finally worked. Now his world, and all of the other universes were safe from destruction. There was no way Ferrin would want to date him, if she found out all of those bad things he did. RGB mentally sighed to himself, and lowered his tellyhead. Ferrin looked at RGB, and saw his lowered head. "RGB? Are you... okay?" She asked, clearly showing concern for him. "What?" RGB replied, whipping his head around to look at Ferrin. "You look so sad, are you okay?" Ferrin asked, with a hint of concern in her voice. This surprised RGB, because nobody has shown concern like that for him in a long time. He looked deep into Ferrin's eyes, and something in him finally snapped. "Just tell her how you feel." He heard a voice telling him. RGB gulped and finally opened up to Ferrin. He told her his feelings, and insecurities. Ferrin hugged RGB tightly, and comforted him. "RGB, you did your best to save the world, and you succeeded! And that's all that matters!" She reassured him. He told him about all of her feelings. Blue ink dripped from RGB's test bars, he couldn't stop hugging his crush. He looked at her, and picked her up, and swung her around, his test bar curving into a wide smile. Ferrin laughed out loud, and held onto RGB. "RGB?" Ferrin asked. "Yes, my dear?~" RGB replied. "Are we dating now?" Ferrin asked, blushing a bright shade of pink. "We can, if you want to." RGB answered. "Not yet. But I promise you, I'll start dating you someday!" Ferrin promised. "Sounds fine to me. I'll wait a thousand years for your decision, my dear~ Just take your time, okay?" "Okay!" The two friends walked home that night, having shared a happy day with each other.
