I wince then roll to my side then open my eyes when I feel another pain I sigh then sit up slowly and feel a sharp pain this was more than a kick I was having contractions I reach over and start shaking Jeff. "Babe...wake up." He groans then rubs his face and looks at me "Sky what's wrong?" I grab his arm then squeeze it "I'm in labor we need to go to the hospital you'll have to call Norman." He nods then gets out of the bed and quickly gets dressed he helps me out of bed then grabs my bag, the diaper bag and the car seat we walk outside then I shut the door. I go to take a step off the porch I stop when my sweats get wet I look at him when he turns to me "Sky?" I bend over when I feel another contraction "my water just broke." He puts everything in the back of my car then helps me get in and starts driving to the hospital.
Jeff's POV
Once Skylar is checked into her room and examined by Dr.Carter who informs us we could still be hours away from Bella being born I step out in the hallway and go to the small lounge for a cup of coffee. I sit in a waiting room then pull out my phone and call Norman I lean back in the chair and stretch out while I wait on him to answer it takes a few minutes but he finally picks up "What's going on Jeff?" "Hey Bubba just wanted to call and let you know that Skylar is in labor we will be having a baby in a few hours." I hear him get up and start moving around. "I'm on my way I'll be there soon." I hang up then finish my coffee I throw the cup away then start walking back down the hall to Skylar's room so I could be there in case she had the baby sooner.
Skylar's POV
The few hours pass slowly but I finally get fully dilated and start having close contractions Dr.Carter walks in with a few nurses who get their ready to clean up Bella once she gets here Jeff moves to the side of the bed he leans down and kisses my head before squeezing my hand. Dr. Carter sits at the edge of the bed "first push Mrs. Morgan." I push then grab Jeff's hand then lay my head back so I could rest for a few minutes before having to push again "Second push on three one...two...three" I push hard and start to feel tired but after trying for over a year she was worth all of this. "I can see her head Sky she has my hair." I smile she would look like Jeff "last push.... now." I push for the final time and after eight hours of labor and everything we went through Bella Dean Morgan was finally here she starts crying loudly and I feel so relieved that we had a healthy girl.
Jeff's POV
An older nurse passes Bella to me I look at her in my arms then kiss her head softly she was so beautiful I walk over then sit down on the bed next to Skylar she lays her head on my shoulder then looks down at Bella with a smile on her face. I kiss her softly then lay Bella in her arms and watch as she looks her over and touches her carefully we were probably afraid to breathe like she was made of glass with her here I would be happy if we didn't have another one but if Skylar wanted a second one then I would do everything I could to get her pregnant again. Skylar kisses the side of my neck "we made a beautiful baby." I nod slowly "I'll go tell Norman she's here." I get off the bed and stretch then leave the room I go to the waiting room and see Norman sleeping with his head against the wall

Norman's POV
I sit up quickly when I feel someone shaking me I rub my face then look up and see Jeff standing in front of me I stretch out reaching above my head "hey man what's going on?" he looks at me then grins and I already know what he's fixing to say. "Bella is here she's in the nursery while they move Sky is moved to a different room she can have visitors if you want to see them?" I nod then stand up and start following Jeff down the hall to the private labor and delivery suites hopefully they would have some privacy and no one would find out about their baby being born. He reaches the room then opens it I take a hesitant step in behind him then look at Skylar sitting on the bed with Bella in her arms I walk over and sit down in a chair, Jeff slowly lowers her into my arms and I get my first look. She was beautiful she looked exactly like Jeff he was going to have his hands full when she got older.
