It was half passed midnight and I was the last one to leave the shop. I really hated being the last one to lock everything up, especially at night. I know it may sound childish but you can't really blame me. Anything can happen at night. To be more specific the bad side of London.

I quickly locked everything up and walked my journey home. The worst part of working on this side of London, is that no buses or taxis pass by here so I had no choice to walk. I know what you're thinking. Why would I even work at the shop? Well here's the thing. I need the money. My parents kicked me out when I was 15. They couldn't afford to raise me anymore. I dropped out of school and was homeless for 2 years until a nice lady decided to bring me into her home. She treated like I was her daughter and I looked up to her like she was my mother.

By the time I was 18, I decided to look for a job and move out. I wanted to be independent and I didn't want to cause her trouble having me around. I found a job at Amy's Boutique Shop. Nobody rarely goes there but the amount of money my boss is giving me is enough. I just need to show up and I get paid.

As I turned the corner, I saw my house in view. I crossed the street as I passed the alleyway. Halfway through the street I hear whimpering. I slowly made my way towards the dark alley and I saw a girl bleeding out on the ground.

"Oh my gosh." I gasped at the sight. I kneeled beside the girl and saw she had marks on her neck and wrists.

"Are you okay?!? I'm calling the cops." I pulled out my phone but she weakly grabbed my wrist.

"Run. They're coming back. Please run." She said lowly.

"Sorry, but I'm not leaving you like this." I quickly dialed the cops but something knocked my phone out of my hands.

I looked around but saw nothing, but as I looked toward the girl her eyes were closed and her chest stopped moving. I checking to see if was breathing but nothing. I felt tears spill down my face.

All of a sudden I heard a quick "whoosh" sending shivers down my back. I was quick to stand on feet, but only to be knocked back down. I groaned at the impact as I felt my head. I looked at my hand and see blood on them. I started to freak out even more. What the hell is happening?!?

"Awww looks like the princess is hurt." I heard a husky voice say. I looked up in front of my a man dressed in all black, with a hoodie covering his face.

"W-who are you?" My heart beating faster as the man stepped closer. He removed his hood and I saw he's green eyes go red.

"I'm your worse nightmare."
