Yoongi pov
I rubbed my eyes tiredly and stretched clicking my back in the process. I checked my phone to see if yoonji had replied but no reply. She hadn't even seen the text. Is she alright?I had a bad gut feeling. The familiar feeling when something is wrong. But maybe I'm just over reacting? Or over thinking? I just pushed the feeling aside and got out of bed. It was already 9 am in the morning so mostly everyone was awake. I brushed my teeth and made my way down stairs.
I walked into the dining room where two hungry people sitting, waiting for their breakfast. I looked to the sofa and noticed namjoon on his phone. Taehyung was probably still in his room, sleeping. Jungkook and Hoseok hungrily stared down the food Jin was putting on the table.
I joined them on the table and them the rest of them came after jin shouted for them. We all sat down on the table gobbling up the food that jin had made for us. It was amazing how much he made and how quick it was gone. It was as if they hadnt eaten in days. I guess it's always like this though.
"Hey hyung I have to go early and check on yoonji, thank you for breakfast" I said going to the kitchen and dropping off my dishes. I came back into the dining room for jin's reply.
"Okay thats fine. Bye Yoongi" Jin said and so did everyone else. I went to my room and grabbed my bag of stuff. I made my way back down the stairs and walked out of the house quickly. I called yoonji again on my phone but still, she didn't pick up.
I was growing more worried. I didn't think of anything bad and focused on getting myself home quickly. I walked through the familiar streets and reached the one where I lived. I smiled upon seeing my house in the distance.
I walked to the door and got my keys out to open the door. To my surprise, when I tried opening the door, It was already opened. I walked in looking around to see if she was laying around like she usually does, but nothing. It was as if no one was home.
I made my way upstairs, calling her name out. There was no reply or noise. The house was compleatly silent. I remained calm and knocked on her bedroom door. There was no reply. I knocked again. She could be sleeping. I quietly opened her door. I looked at her bed and around the room.
My heart sunk when I didn't see her. She wasn't in her room. I ran in, calling out her name and throwing her pillows around to try and find her. I gave up and realised that something could have happened when I was gone and she is in danger now. A familiar object caught my eye as I noticed her phone still on her desk
If she had gone out anywhere she would have at least brought her phone with her. That means she either forgot or someone broke in. Where could she have gone while I'm gone for one day. It was just one day. I checked her phone and she hadn't even checked the message from last night.
I made my way down stairs, angrily throwing the bag I was still holding on the floor besides the sofa. I ran my fingers through my hair, releasing frustration when something white caught my eye.
I saw my baseball bat from high school laying on the floor. Why is that there? I looked besides it, towards the sofa.
It was a folded piece of paper on the sofa. I eagerly picked it up and I unfolded it.
'Don't try looking for us, you will have no luck. She's safe and sound with me, as it was always meant to be' ~ JM ~
My hands trembled with rage and I ripped it in half letting out a yell of anger. How could he!? After all this time I actually thought he could let it go and leave her alone. But he just doesn't know when to stop does he?
