Joy stretched her arms and looked up. She can finally go home after days of working day and night at the hospital over a patient. She took her things and went home at their apartment, she wondered what her Wendy unnie made for breakfast since it was already seven in the morning.

She went inside the apartment and saw her Seulgi unnie frying some egg in the kitchen wearing her pyjamas with her hair tied in a bun.

Joy called her "Unnie."

Seulgi looked up. "Joy-ia, you're here already? What to do? Wendy's still in her room."

Joy frowned. "Is she in her zone?" She must have crazy ideas to write right now then. This is bad.

Seulgi nodded in frustration. "She's been like that for three days so all I've been eating is eggs and ordered foods."

Both of them sighed. Wendy's their cook you see and both of them only knows simple dishes.

"Your hair...you dyed it black again?" Seulgi asked after noticing Joy's black hair.

Joy shrug nonchalantly. "For a change." Just then a knock came on the door.

Joy and Seulgi looked at each other. Are they expecting a visitor?

"I'll get it." Joy said finally and went to open the door.

Two good looking guys appeared before her when she opened the door. She remembered the guy at the back, he was the one who took Seulgi unnie at the club.

After taking note that the guys aren't harmful, Joy let out a smile.

"May I ask who you are, gentlemen?" Joy set her eyes at the one in front of her, he looked oddly familiar.

"I'm Hoseok and this guy is Jimin, I'm Wendy's boyfriend." Another person who doesn't know us, where have been these women living? Hoseok asked inside his head.

Joy's eyes widen. B-boyfriend? Since when? Has the world gone crazy? Her unnie- her friend finally have a boyfriend?

Joy kept her composure and cleared her throat. She's a psychiatrist and she'd know if he's lying but clearly he isn't so she opened the door widely, inviting them to come inside.

"Joy-ia Who is it-" Seulgi said emerging from the kitchen then her eyes widen when she saw Jimin at the door before hiding her face and ran towards her room.

Jimin turned his head at Joy. "Why did she ran away?"

Joy gave them a knowing smile. "No girl wants to see their bare face to any man."

"Really? She looked prettier without makeup though." Jimin answered normally.

"Well, why don't you tell her that? Make yourselves comfortable." She told them and went to get her bag from the couch before turning to them again.

"That one is Seulgi unnie's room and that one is Wendy unnie's, I'd be delighted if you'll be able to make her come out of her room." She said to them pointing at each room and went to her own room after so she could change into comfortable clothing.

Jimin and Hoseok looked at each other. These women... are so weird. And so are all the women on earth for sure. They both nod at each other and parted, Jimin went to Seulgi's room and him at Wendy's.

Lemme see what's my little firecracker doing.

The sound of typing echoed in Wendy's room. She's too focused and preoccupied to notice that someone is already inside her room, besides she has headphones over her ears to hear anything.

Endless thoughts and ideas are flowing out on her head. Inspired maybe but it's better than moping around. She doesn't know what time and day it is, she can't even feel any hunger, she wanted to put all her thoughts into words immediately before she ran out of them. She only gets up from her seat to go at the toilet or whenever thirsty.

As she keeps on typing on the keyboard, her eyes drifted to the ring on her finger though she hasn't stopped typing yet. And there, you got what inspired her-- rather who inspired her.

Her eyes set back at the monitor.

She knows that she has to stop thinking about him but he's just so sweet and gentle towards her, what she felt towards him made her write nonstop so she could be distracted by the feelings she evoked towards him.

And just when she was able to continue typing the dialogues, she felt that she wasn't alone in her room anymore.

Slowly, she turned her head at her side and squealed when she saw Hoseok staring at the monitor of her computer. H-how-- Why? Why is here? Has he been here all along? How did he get inside? They haven't contacted each for three days since the event so she was thinking if it was just some kind of a dream but now that he's in front of her, everything that happened between them is true.

Hoseok looked at her. "Why did you stop? It's good, your story." She was so busy that Hoseok didn't have the heart to interrupt her so he sat down on her bed and read what she's been typing, that must be her manuscript. Romance genre isn't his thing but the way she put her imagination into words marvelled him. He didn't realize that words have a powerful effect on writing.

Wendy blushed at the compliment knowing he meant it.

"Why are you here?" She asked to avert his attention instead of her story.

Hoseok smiled. "I'm here to persuade you."

"Persuade me? Why? What for?" Is there something she had to do with him?

"My dear girlfriend, did you forget? We're going on a trip." Hoseok gently caressed her hair.

Trip?!

Now that she thinks about it, they did mention it at the event and planned for it but she doesn't recall any of those plans.

It's enticing actually to go but she must finish her manuscript, she doesn't want to be distracted.

She sighed. "I can't."

"Why not?"

"First, I have a book to finish, second, Trips aren't my thing." Wendy lied at the second. She never actually went on a trip, that goes for Joy and Seulgi as well. Trips are nice but their works are demanding.

"You can still write while we're on the trip."

"I don't think so..." He's really there to persuade her and to be honest, it's working.

"Everything is settled already. I promise you'll have fun, at the same time still write on your story, is that good to you?"

Wendy sighed frustratedly. "You're not giving me much of a choice, are you?"

Hoseok grinned slyly. "I'm a businessman, can't lose on a negotiation now would we?"

Wendy rolled her eyes smile not holding it anymore. "Fine, you win. Wait-" Wendy stopped when she remembered something.

"What is it?" Hoseok asked. Is she having second thoughts?

"My laptop is on a repair." She accidentally spilt her coffee last time that's why she's using Joy's PC and Seulgi doesn't have a laptop of her own, she prefers tab over a laptop because of her work.

Hoseok chuckled. "That's not a problem, I'll let you borrow mine. Now, I'll wait for you outside so you can prepare." Hoseok stood up and was about to open the door when he recalled her hands earlier when she was typing.

"Did you forget something?" Wendy asked when she noticed his hesitation to leave.

"No... I'm just starting to think that the ring on your finger kind of suits you." It looked beautiful on her finger seriously.

Hoseok went out of her room grinning, loving the way she blushed at his confession.

He meant it as a compliment but wondered...

What if the ring is really for her?
