Chapter 1

I stared deep into his beautiful hazel brown eyes feeling myself being drawn into them. He's so gorgeous, there's not a boy in the world as attractive as he is.

He stared back at me with the same expression, the look of lust, love, care, and adoration. My stomach did a double flip as he took my side bang and swooped it out of my face, staring directly into my eyes.

" Maxine..." he said in that beautiful sexy deep husky voice of his that always makes my body and mind urn for him. 

" Huh? " I asked breathlessly as I was barley able to contain my excitement that he was finally mine.  Kevin Walker was finally mine, out of all the beautiful girls in the school he picked me...the school nobody.

He smiled down at me and his eyes flickered down to my lips. My heart went into overdrive as I knew what he wanted...he wanted to kiss me.

I grinned up at him as we leaned in to kiss each other. This is it, my first kiss and it's going to be shared with the boy that I love. Life can't get any better.

Our lips were just about to touch when suddenly, he licked my face. Like literally took his whole tongue and whipped it across my nose. What the heck?!

I was about to ask him have he lost his mind, but stopped when I looked at him and his tongue was hanging down past his chin. Wait a minute..a normal human being can't do that.

" Woof Woof " he barked before he stuck his tongue out again. Hold on...something isn't right.

I jerked out my sleep and sat upright against my headboard breathing hard and panting. Oh God, another nightmare, and that was the worst one ever.

" Woof Woof " I heard a light squeaky barking. 

I immediately looked down from my bed and seen Sparkle, my little Teacup Yorkie barking and jumping up and down wildly craving for some attention. Aww my little baby.

" Hi snookers, hi little mama " I cooed as I got out my bed and scooped the tiny dog up in my arms. I began to rock her in my arms and scratch the top of her head lightly while she wagged her little stubby tail. 

I grinned down at her before I sat her back down on the floor and watched as her tiny body scattered out my room. I swear that dog is so small, you could mistake her for a Guinea Pig instead of a dog. But that's my little baby and I love her.

I yawned as I walked over to my mirror and looked at my reflection. My dark brown hair was up in a messy ponytail, looking like somebody tried to tie up a mop. My brownish greenish eyes held bags under them from lack of sleep, and my caramel skin didn't have it's normal glow due to the fact that I just had a nightmare and I'm scared out of my mind. I look a mess right now.

I'm not the prettiest girl around I mean...I know I'm okay looking because guys hit on me a lot, but just in my opinion I don't think I'm anything special. I don't have any friends, I've never had a boyfriend before, and I'm basically married to my school books. But I honestly don't care about any of that, my main concern is school and making it to College to make something of myself. That's what I promised my parents and I'm sticking to it.
