Broken (Percy Jackson/Avengers crossover)

They find out....

Thalia POV

I had a hard time stopping the Avengers running after Percy. After half an hour of death threats, we ran to Percy's room. 

He's in the pool, Uncle P's voice echoed in my mind. 

'Swimming Pool!' I said, after stumbling into the elevator. 

Then we saw him. Percy was flailing in the water, muffled screams carried in the pool. Wounds. They never stopped. Brusies as well. I swore I saw a peice of bone sticking through his back. 

Red. 

Everything was red. The water was clouded with blood. Natasha broke down crying. Clint, comforting her. Tony and Steve stared blankly at the water. Thor was far from enrange. Bruce's eyes were brimmed with tears. 

Nico sat on a bench, watching his cousin helplessly. I walked over to him, and put a hand on his shoulder.

'He's the greatest hero ever' Nico mumered, ' Yet he goes through this' 

I wiped his tears and he leaned on me. Nico's been a little brother to me. And I've been his older sister since Hazel and... Bianca. 

Then the screaming stopped. And Percy sank to the bottom of the pool. 

The smell of sea water filled the air, as the lights intensified. 

'Percy' Posideon mumbled through his tears. Apollo just looked at Percy wide-eyed.  Posideon flicked his wrist and Percy was brought out of the 'water' 

Posideon didn't set him onn the floor but made Percy stay there. He already had broken bones. 

We saw Percy. 

And I was scarred for life. 

Tears ran down his cheeks, his bloody cheeks. Broken bones protuded out of Percy's skin like daggers. His chest was bloodied like it had been trampled on by a whole army of hydras. Percy's breathing was erratic, his heart pounding. 

I let out a small scream. 

Apollo's eyes were welling with tears. 

'It hasn't stopped has it?' he asked. I shook my head. 

'No' Nico whispered. 

Apollo waved his hand over Pecy, and a golden light engulfed Percy. His bones soon started mending. Apollo gave Percy ambrosia and dribbled nectar in his mouth. I gasped as his ribs popped into place. The brusies started fading but not the scars. 

There was silence. 

Broken by Percy's sobs. 

'Ssh.. It's alright' Posideon said, cradling Percy's body. 

'Stop!' Percy yelled more tears coming out of his closed eyes. ' Torture me... not her' he whispered. 

' Posideon we should take Percy to Olympus,' Apollo suggested, ' We need more intense magic' 

Posideon nodded. We heard one last scream, before they disappared. 

Tony POV

We sat in the kitchen table in silence. 

Which is very rare. 

' Nico, I think it's time to tell them' Thalia said. Nico nodded.

The Avengers looked up from their laps.

' Gaia isn't the one to just give up. So is Tartutus. And the Titans. She can torture Percy to get information or' Thalia glanced at Nico to continue.

'Or just for fun ' 

'Then what was that?' I asked. 

'For fun' Thalia said.

'Why didn't Percy tell us?' Thor said. 

'He'll think you'll leave him because he's a freak. Or different. Abandon him' Thalia said. 

'We are going to help him. Whether he likes it or not'
