Pierce and Meryl arrived in New York two hours later. "Hey wake up" pierce said as he lightly tapped Meryl. "Hmm..oh we're here?" Meryl said. Pierce and Meryl got up and off the plane. "I never got your name" Pierce said walking off the air plane. Meryl turned to pierce "I'm sorry,My name is Mary. Call me Meryl." Meryl said as she went to get her suit case. "Well Meryl,whats with the attitude?" "I don't know. Maybe because of the simple fact that you're a stranger who sat next to me asked me my name and didn't move my head when I fell asleep on your shoulder. Or it could be jet leg who knows?" Meryl said in a sarcastic tone as she got her bags and walked outside. Pierce got his bags and walked out after Meryl. "Well it was nice meeting you Meryl" Pierce said as he got into his cab "mhm" Meryl said as she got into her cab. The cabs pulled off and Meryl looked behind her "Oh now he's following me again. Driver turn left I know a shortcut" the driver did as Meryl said and she no longer saw pierce. Her cab arrived at the Marriott hotel. Meryl got out of the cab,grabbed her bags,and walked into ten hotel. Much to her surprise she saw pierce. "You again" Meryl said as she rolled her eyes. "Nice to see you again too" pierce said with a smile. "Reservations for Streep" Meryl said to the front desk lady "I'm sorry but you got here too late so we gave your room to someone else" Meryl scolded the lady then looked at her watch "I'm three minutes late are you kidding me right now?" "No ma'am I'm sorry. Sir,Last name?" The lady asked pierce. "Brosnan." "Oh I'm sorry sir the same thing happened to your room" pierce looked at the lady then looked at Meryl then back at the lady "well do you have another Marriott in this area?" Pierce asked the lady "Yes. There's one on fifth street" "thank you" Pierce said "Come on Meryl we can catch a cab there together" Pierce said as he picked up his bags "I'm oka-" Meryl got cut off by Pierce "We're getting in this cab" pierce said sternly "okay" Meryl said as she walked outside with Pierce. Pierce hailed a cab and him and Meryl got in. The ride was silent. They arrived at the Marriott and rushed. "Hi I was just wondering if you had any rooms available" Meryl said "we only have one and that's a couples sweet. But I see that won't be a problem" the lady said as she looked at pierce and then back at Meryl "oh no we're-" Meryl started but then got cut off by pierce. "We'll take it". Meryl looked at pierce and squinted her eyes. The desk lady gave pierce the room key and Meryl and Pierce got on the elevator and walked to their room. "You sleep on the couch I sleep in the bed. Deal?" Meryl said as she put her hair into a high ponytail. "Fine with me" pierce said as he sat down and turned on the tv "I'm gonna take a nap could you wake me up at 7:00 please?" Meryl said walking into the bedroom. "Sure"
