New Friend?

Bethany's POV:

As he slowly stepped toward me, I managed to step back.

"Why so scared love?" His husky voice caused goosebumps to arise on my skin.

He smirked and I saw a good view of his fangs. My heart froze and I began to feel intimidated as I felt tears slowly stream down my face.

"Please get away f-from me. D-Don't hurt m-me please." I say in between my sobs.

The man just chuckled and continued to step closer as my back reached the wall.

"Don't worry love, I won't hurt you. At least not yet." He sent me a smile before he lunged towards me.

"This won't hurt princess. I promise I'll be quick." His grip tightened as he lowered his head to my neck.

I felt him leave small kisses before I felt his fangs sink into my skin. I yelled out in pain. I heard him moan as he continued to suck my blood. My body began to feel numb and I felt lightheaded. Soon everything went black.

I woke up in a room that was unfamiliar. I tried to look at my surroundings, but every time I moved my neck, pain would increase.

I heard multiple heavy footsteps coming towards the door and my heart felt like it was going to explode.

As the door swing open my breathing became heavy as five lads stood in the door way.

"Look who's awake lads." The boy with curly hair sat on the edge of the bed.

I quickly jumped and moved back leaning against the headboard, bringing my knees to my chest.

"Please, d-don't hurt me." I whispered as tears threaten to come down my face.

"We're not gonna hurt you love. I promise. I'm Liam by the way." The boy with a buzz cut and brown eyes spoke.

"This is Zayn, Louis, Niall and I think you already met Harry over here." As Liam pointed to each of the boys.

I noticed Harry try to move forward but I just moved back away from him. Harry seem to notice my movement and frowned.

"Love there's no need to be afraid. I won't hurt you." He pleaded as I scoff.

"Well that's what you said last time and look how that ended up." I snapped but as soon as I said those words I regretted them.

I saw his eyes turn red and clenched his knuckles. I heard him hiss under and saw his fangs come out.

I moved slowly away from him. By the time I made it out of the bed, I saw him lunged at me and knocked my to the ground.

He's hands gripped around my neck tightening every time I try to squirm.

I felt my lungs giving up and my face was probably purple. My vision started to become blurry and as soon my eyes shut I felt his tight grip was loosened.

I immediately jolted up trying to catch my breath. I see Zayn, Louis and Niall trying to calm Harry down as Liam tried to comfort me.

I sobbed into Liam chest as the other three lads tried to leave the room with Harry as I calmed down a bit.

"I'm really sorry about Harry. The rest of us aren't really like him. He has a short temper." Liam said softly rubbing my back in circles. It was really comforting.

I didn't say anything. I was to shocked that I almost died twice in one night by the same person.

"Are you hungry sweetie?"

I shook my head no but my stomach decided to growl. Liam chuckled a bit.

"You stomach says otherwise." He laughed as I looked down smiling a bit.

"C'mon. I make you something to eat downstairs. But if we manage to run into Harry, please don't make him angry." Liam pleaded.

"I promise." I said below a whisper.

Liam smiled and grabbed my hand. We went downstairs to the kitchen to see Zayn, Louis and Niall. No Harry.

"Where did Harry go?" Liam asked

"He went out." Niall said.

Liam nodded his head and getting some food out of the cabinets.

"Come and sit down love. We don't bite." Louis said as he pointed and seat next to him.

I hesitated for a bit but soon enough sat next to him. He gave me and smile which I returned a small one.

"What's your name?" Zayn asked.

"Bethany."

"Well Bethany you don't need to be afraid of us. We wouldn't hurt you. It's not like us." Niall said confidently.

"Yeah think of us like your new friends!" Louis yelled in my ear as he hugged me side ways.

If I'm going to be here for a while might as well get to know then right? I mean they seem to be nice vampires. They promise they wouldn't hurt me. Excluding Harry.

Let's just hope they can keep that promise.
