I've always been the one who's laughed at or the one that messes up.
I had a great group of friends but we were the "outcasts" I didn't understand why or how we ended up as the outcasts we just were.
It was me, Camila ; I have long brown hair, deep blue eyes and I'm quite tall and I'm thin, oh yeah and I'm the biggest fan of food there ever was! Then there was Kailynn, short blonde hair, light blue eyes and she was like a giant compared to me, she loved her music. Then there was Emily she had jet black hair, and deep brown eyes, she was the same height as Kailynn, and they both had the most stunning figures, If you try to take Emily's violin off her you'll probably come out missing a limb... She loves that thing so much!! Then there's Tammy, she's always been the smallest but the most mature and the oldest believe it or not... She has long blonde brown hair, green eyes and she is the most conscientious person I've ever met perfectionist doesn't even make a start... Then there's Jeremy, he has dark brown hair, dark blue eyes, and the most toned body I've ever seen;) he's the same height as me, and he loves football. Then there's the twins John and Andrew they were exactly the same, tall, dark and handsome, green eyes, black hair except for Andrew was athletic and muscular where as John was thin and intelligent.
It was a beautifully hot day, me and the gang had just got to school, and I couldn't help but stare at him, he must've accidentally left his top buttons undone on his button down baby blue shirt because I could see his chest and I couldn't look away, when he noticed he sarcastically said "take a picture it lasts longer" I laughed and walked over to my other friend Skye as soon as I got there she burst out laughing, "if you had stared any longer your eyes would've fallen out"
"Sshhh, someone might hear you..." I replied softly
"Ok...;) but seriously if you want it to be a secret you really have to control your staring issue"
We walked to English together and I bumped into Andrew and we both laughed, he winked at Skye and she blushed, OK so Skye has the biggest crush ever on Andrew and he's admitted to me and John that he really likes Skye and we tried to convince him to ask her out but he's too scared of rejection and I want to tell him she likes him too but she'd kill me if she ever found out I told him..
At lunch I sat with Skye and Zoe and I couldn't control my jitters because I knew I had the next lesson with him, the one that my world revolves around I think if anything ever happened to him I would not be able to go to the outside world for the rest of my life.
As the bell rang notifying there was 2 minutes left of lunch me Skye and Zoe all walked to our next lessons I had Art and they had Welsh, Art is the one lesson where I sit next to him and our legs actually touch:D it makes me so happy to see him, I wish I knew how he feels about me...
Our story started when we were 4, he moved into the house next to mine and me and my mum went to welcome them to the neighbourhood, when me and him were automatically friends we played for hours until finally my mum called me and said "c'mon Camila you can play tomorrow!" I was so excited, I hugged him goodbye and ran downstairs to my mum who was impatiently tapping her foot "What took you so long your father will be ranting about this for weeks!" She shouted, but nothing could make me upset at this moment in time, because is knew I had just met a very special person
12 YEARS LATER
"Camila come here?"
"Just a sec" I replied knowing on the other side of the door he was waiting for me to see why I called him over so urgently.
"If you don't hurry up I'm going to have to kick this door down... I'm going to count to 3"
"Oh c'mon I'm not 5 anymore"
"1....2 ....."
"Alright, alright" I opened the door to see him in his blue and red football kit with one of his knee high socks falling down passed his shin pad and his hair had lost it's style and he was a little sweaty, but he still looked amazing... And flawless
"Why did you need me so urgently!?" He asked raising an eyebrow
"I wanted your opinion on my new dress" I said taking of the robe and revealing the dress, he looked so stunned by the dress I had to wave my hand I front of his face to make sure he was still alive
"Wow....just wow" was all he could manage to say, the dress was a just above knee length dress with a red skirt and a black belt with a white top it fit just right and I really liked it, I guess he did too because he was staring at me like I usually do at him...
Friday came so quickly and me Skye and Zoe were having our monthly girl night we spent most of it usually talking about boys or doing each other's nails or just watching films, But this time the girls sat there talking to me about him and how they could get me and him together and how they would make a ship for us, I got uncomfortable so I got out my phone and started texting Andrew about Skye and he said he refused and I told him if he didn't do anything I would ask him out for her, at this point he caved in and I heard Skye's phone go off I knew it was hers when I heard 'exterminate, exterminate' she's a doctor who fan, get over it...
I knew what it was when her eyes lit up Zoe was so confused, but I smiled from ear to ear and she squealed so loudly that I swear the whole of the country heard.
"That was Andrew, he just ASKED ME OUT!!!!"
"Are you serious?" Asked a shocked and stunned Zoe
"Hehehe...." I laughed sneakily and they both turned to look at me very puzzled and I knew I shouldn't have laughed...
"What did you do?..." They both said in unison looking at me as if I'd just murdered someone.
"Well....." I said in a high pitched squeaky voice
"Camila!?"
"Ok so I knew he liked you... And I told him if he didn't ask you out I would do it for him..." I said with a sly grin on my face, Skye ran over to me and I cringed because I thought she was going to hit me but instead she gave me the biggest hug I think a human is capable of giving, of course Zoe joined in and she thanked me repeatedly for the rest of the night.
Skye's POV
I couldn't believe he finally asked me out!
I've been waiting for this for months, he said we were going out for food at his uncles restaurant 'Italiano' his uncle is half Italian as his dad's parents split up and his mums other relationship ended up in his younger brother Paolo
1 HOUR LATER
"What do you like the look of?" Asked the waiter
"I like the look of one thing" Andrew said as he winked at me, I blushed
"Umm.. What do you want Skye"
"Can I just get the Carbonara please?"
"Of course and I'll have the same" Andrew said with a smile on his face
AFTER FOOD
"Can I walk you home?"
"Of course" I said with a huge grin on my face as he grabbed my hand, we were at the end of the path at my house, I started to walk to my house and he pulled me into a kiss I couldn't help but kiss back, it was amazing there were fireworks... He whispered softly
"Be my girlfriend?"
I grinned from ear to ear and nodded my head he pulled me in for a passionate kiss and I reluctantly gave in, his tongue attempted to gain entrance and I let it, and I had to pull away because I had to go into my house, but as soon as I got in my phone buzzed, it was Andrew saying "I love you x" I replied "I love you more x" and then I fell asleep.
