Chapter 1

Layla's POV

I just woke up. I had a bad dream that I had a brother but that can't be true because I don't have a brother right?

I went downstairs to make breakfast, I had cereal like always my dad never made me breakfast because he was always on business trips. he would only have one whole week a month to spend with me his only child, ... I think.

It was close to the end of the school year and I am 16 years old with no mom! So pretty much I'm either home or at my friend Madi's every day, or just until my dad gets home.

Today I'm going shopping with my bestfriend Madi. I txt her (l-Layla m-madi)

L-because I'm coming to pick u up its a suprise now get ready be there in 20:)

I just got off the phone with Layla saying she is going to come pick me up! okay....?

I tried to ask her why but she said it was a suprise should I be scared I don't know we will just have to see!!
