One Night Stands || ForthBeam

||TWELVE||

FORTH POV

    After we “celebrated” yesterday, I had to leave quickly to meet Song and Top for a S.O.T.U.S meeting, and after that I had to come home to pack for today. Today is the day we leave to go on the trip.

    Song and Top had woken me up two hours earlier to get breakfast, which meant we were there early. Earlier than I wanted.

    I was laying down on a picnic table, waiting until the supervisor got here. We are taking Song’s car so we didn’t have to be cramped on a bus, but that meant we had to okay it with the supervisor.

    Beam wasn’t here yet so I figured he was still asleep, but I messaged him anyway.

Forth: Good morning!

    Good morning? What kind of message was that? And with an exclamation point too?

    I groaned and laid my head back down. I laid my arm over my eyes to cover the sun. I didn’t realize but I ended up falling asleep.

    I was woken up by someone blowing in my ear. I pushed their face away and turned over.

    “Wake up!” I jumped up and partly fell off the table.

    “What the hell?” I asked, covering the ear he yelled in. I immediately recognized the laugh. It was Beam.

    “Sorry. You wouldn’t wake up.” He said shrugging. I shook my head. “Did you sleep late last night?” He asked sitting down next to me. I shook my head.

    I had actually went to bed early. That wasn’t the problem. Getting woken up early is why I am tired.

    “No. Top and Song decided to get breakfast two hours early this morning, and decided to take me with them.” I said rubbing my eyes.

    When I looked at Beam, he was smiling wickedly. He leaned in close to whisper in my ear.

    “Need something to wake you up?” He asked. Before I could answer, I felt his hand on my left thigh. He started rubbing up and down, moving farther up my leg each time. I laughed and shook my head.

    “You’re something else.” I said. Beam smiled again and leaned closer. Without warning he grabbed me, hard.

    “I know.” He said before letting go. He laughed and stood up. “Are you guys driving there?” He asked pointing to Song’s car. I nodded.

    “Why don’t you just go with me? I was gonna drive alone because it is much better than driving with Pha and Kit. Yo and Ming are going with them, so I decided it was best if I didn’t have to watch them interact cutely.” He explained. I laughed and nodded.

    “Only if I get to pick the music and can convince Top and Song.” I said leaning forward. Beam nodded.

    “Deal.” He said smiling.

    “Deal.” I said, smiling back at him.

    We sat there like that, smiling at each other, for a few more moments before Song and Top came up to the table, and pulling us out of our thoughts.

    “Ready?” Song asked.

    “Actually, I’m gonna drive with Beam. If that’s okay.” I said pointing to Beam, who was sitting across from me. He waved at them.

    Song and Top looked back at me with raised eyebrows.

    “Okay. Have fun.” Top said patting my back.

    “Just not to much fun.” Song said smiling wide. I sighed and shook my head.

    That was easier than I thought.

BEAM POV

    It was going to be fun. It was just going to be the two of us. It was always fun when it was just the two of us. We were either having really amazing sex or having a really amazing conversation.

    “You ready?” I asked standing up. He nodded and stood up as well. “Let's go.” I said motioning for him to follow me.

    Once when we were in the car, Forth pulled out his phone and plugged it into my aux cord. Two seconds later a song came on.

    I listened to it for a little bit before smiling wide.

    “You listen to Sowwalak Leelaboot? And this song?” I asked. Forth groaned.

    “I knew you were gonna make fun of it.” He said. I laughed and shook my head.

    The song that was playing was My Better Half. It was a love song. I didn’t know he listened to this kind of stuff. It was refreshing, in a way.

    “No. I like this song.” I said. Forth looked at me and smiled.

    “Really?” He asked. I nodded. He smiled wider and turned up the song.

    It was weird. Sitting in a car with him. Listening to a love song. Not being able to tell him I may be getting feelings for him. But I loved it. Even though we were only….friends, and would never be anything more than that. It was great to be with him.

    We arrived at the hotel in forty-five minutes. Though it may have sounded like a long car ride it went by to fast. Too fast. It sucked it was over.

    Forth and I got our things out of the car and walked to the front lobby.

    The other students and the supervisors were already there and assigning rooms. We both had to pick a name out of a hat, so I knew we wouldn't end up rooming together. Instead he picked Pha’s name.

    I groaned on the inside. Pha was going to question him about our thing, and Forth didn’t know I told them.

    Pha also didn’t like Forth a lot because he thought Forth used to have a crush on Yo. I doubt it though. Yo is cute. People would be to afraid they were going to hurt him.

    “Who did you get?” He asked. I showed him my paper. I was lucky to get someone I knew, Kit. I sighed and picked up my bags. “Want me to walk you to your room?” He asked smiling. I scoffed and pushed him away.

    “Shut up.” I said.
