Let me tell you a story; a story about the best person I have ever met. This strawberry blond boy caught my eye and eventually my heart.
~Day 1~
Walking through the Chicago snow, I think to myself, "Why do people think snow is so pretty? Chicago snow is so gross." Just then, I bumped into a boy. He was vlogging, I assume, wile sarcasticly saying how pretty the snow is. Well that's weird.
As he accidentaly shoulder-checked me, I fell onto the ground. GREAT! Now my pants are soaked and I don't have time to go home and change then make it to work on time! The boy said, "Oh my god I'm so sorry!" "Shove it dude," I rudly said ignoring his gesture to help me up. When I stood up, his eyes that seemed to capture an emerald color caught my attention.
He reached out and brushed the snow off my shoulder; how it got up there I don't know. "Um, I'm Austin; Austin Jones," the, no-longer a mystery, boy said. "I'm..um.um Jessy," I shuttered from the dampness of my jeans. "I'm sorry I knocked you down. Let me buy you a new pair off jeans so you don't freeze," he offered. "No, it's fine. I am about to walk into work, they'll dry," I responded.
He offered again, but I only decined again because I hate when people buy me things. I said good bye and sprinted to work. I was already late. DAMN IT!"
Since then, I cannot get Austin out of my head. I don't know what it was about him but he just stuck. Proceeding on with my life, I would never think he would end up being a big part of my life.
~~~~~6 hours go by
I apply one final layer of mascara on my long lashes, and quickly put on my heels then scurry to the honking car in my drive way. I run out and get into the front seat. That's one plus side to being the tallest of my friends, I always get front seat other wise my legs jam into the back of the seats. I quickly turn on the seat warmer then notice my friends staring at me.
"Can I help you weirdos?" I asked.
"You look hot," Jennica said while the rest of the girls agree."Well thanks! Hopefully, I can find me some booty tonight," I said with some sass.
*everyone laughs* "OH I KNOW! MAYBE I CAN HOOK HER UP WITH MY FRIEND WHO IS PERFORMING!" Alyssa exclaimed.
I looked over at Jennica. Her tight red dress matched her black heels perfectly. "Um Jen, hun, are you gunna drive orrr?" I asked. She stopped talking and hit it.
Pulling up to the bar, I could hear the drums. I'm really not into pop music, more metal and punk type stuff, so to hear real drums was kinda good to hear. We walked in and I got a beer then took a seat with the girls at a tall table right by the stage and dancefloor.
I got lost talking with all my friends when all of a sudden, a loud wave of loud screams egulfed me. I wasn't aware the performer was so popular. I took a sip of my beer then looked up, only to spit the beer back out when I saw Austin on the stage. He strummed the guitar and began singing.
"Afraid to die and afraid to live, oh what a way to exist
Afraid to die and afraid to live, oh what a way to exist
Oh woah ohhh
Is this the way life will always be? Ohh
My insecurities will be the death of me, will be the death of me
I’m falling"
Oh my god his voice! This boy is perfect. I watch the rest of his set in awe and finish off my beer. After his set, Autin comes to the table and hugs Alyssa. I wonder how long they have know eachother. They were talking for about 5 minuets when Hanna finally "cleared her throat" and Alyssa finaly introduced us.
When she finally introduced me, which came last I might add, his eyes went wide. He looked at me with wide eyes and said, "You're the girl I knocked in the snow today huh? Jessy was it?" he asked. I nodded and he shook my hand.
The night went on and we all shared laughs and had so much fun. As the night came to a close, each of us only had one to two beers each and one shot each. Not much of a buzz, but still the best night I had in a long time.
Right before I left, Austin saw my tattoos and ended up showing me his (A/N we are going to pretend he has a lot of tattoos). I swear this boy just keeps getting more and more attractive. "Hey guys, I'll be right back. I need some fresh air," I said suddnly feeling a bad head ache comming on.
I sat out in the cold, and tried my best to calm myself down and push through this dang head ache. "Take this," a voice sugested behind me. "Um excuse me but I don't," I said while turning around to find Austin right there, "Oh it's you." "Ouch," he responded with his hand on his heart. "It wasnt a bad thing. How did you know I had a head ache," I asked. "When they showed me picutres of you guys, I noticed you were wearing glasses and I have heard things about when people don't wear their glasses they get bad head aches," he answered.
Taking the pills I thanked him, leaving us in silence. "Please god let this lead to somthingthing," I think to myself.
A/N: Okay, don't hate me. I know it sucked. This is probably the worst start to a fan fic that I have written since the Kellin Quinn fan fic. I hope you guys stick around for the next chapter. It better than this one. Love you guys :)
