Albus Severous Potter was a naturally curious boy, coupled with his brother James Potter's sense of mischief and fun was a recipe for disaster. The two boys were currently in the upper floors of Grimuald place exploring while their parents were in the kitchen  making dinner. "James, weren't not meant to go in here!" Albus whispered to his brother as they had both just broken one of the only rules their father had ever given them, never go in Harry's office. "It's fine Al " replied James also whispering "Mum and Dad will be busy for at least another hour with dinner". James slowly pushed open the door, the room was normally kept under lock and key but as luck would have it due to the unexpected arrival of Aunt Hermione and Uncle Ron their dad had forgot to do so, The room was small with no windows a big fireplace and a heavy set Worden desk in one corner. Of course James went straight for the desk and started looking through the drawers ,which mostly contained paperwork, until he found a box with a piece of parchment attached to the top that read dangerous and unknown handle with care and which was branded with the department of mystery's logo on it. "Cool" said James "I wonder what this is", " I don't think you should be touching that James" albus told him but he had already opened the box with his wand and pulled out what appeared to be an hour glass with some ancient times on the side.
Albus gave up trying to stop James because of a mixture of coriostity and a knowledge that nothing could stop James now. " Look there is an encryption" said Al, Knowledge where knowledge is due " I wonder what that means" Al wondered aloud. "Well it's obvious isn't it, it can tell us about whatever our parents have been trying to keep from us for years, I mean people at Hogwarts tell us our dads famous but he refuses to tell us why and all we have is scraps of info about a bad wizard and dad stopping him at some fight at Hogwarts" stated James. Albus just looked at his brother with sceptasism " you got all that from knowledge where knowledge is due". "Come on Al you can't say you don't want to know what happened when our parents were young" James said slightly annoyed at being scoffed at," I didn't say that, I just didn't think that's what it does and even if that is how it works I doubt it will just show you exactly what you want" said albus " well then little bro I think that's enough theorising and time for a bit of action" and with that he spun the hourglass and the room was swept away from under there feet and they were sent falling through a sand storm.
