The Twins- Part 19

Nicolas ready to see his twin sons, and Celine's more ready than anybody else, as she breathing, and the given her oxygen, and she's asking the doctor the twins are ready , and she starts to push, and the nurses, and staff all dressed in scrubs, and the doctor touches Celine's belly feeling the twins shifting, and Celine looks up at Nicolas, and you want 8? He was happy, and then kind of sad because the pain Celine was going through giving birth to their twin sons, and the doctor said the baby's head is out, and Celine pushed again, and that's when the first one came out she named him Louis, and the other twin was in there, for a minute, and Nicolas had already cut the chord, and was talking to his next son to come on out, and catch up with his twin brother, and Celine felt the baby moving out, and the doctor said to Celine come on one big push Celine, and she did, and here comes baby Lucas plopped right on out, and Nicolas cut his chord, the nurses, and the crew cleaned up Louis, and Lucas, and weighed them, and they weighed 6lbs 7oz.

Celine cried, and the nurses got her all cleaned up, and they brought the babies to her, as she held them, and smelled them for the first time, and the twins were identical, and Nicolas said Louis Marcel Roux, and Lucas Marcel Roux. Celine kissed them both, and she looked up at Nicolas ,and said she was feeling too tired to hold them so hold both, and the nurse taken pictures of them with the twin boys, and pictures of the twins side by side, Louis with the blue on, and Lucas with yellow so they didn't confuse them, and Celine asked the nurse their birthmarks, and the nurse shown Celine, and Nicolas the twins birthmarks, and Louis had a birthmark of a small shape of a dove on his left shoulder, and Lucas had a small shape of a dove on his right shoulder, that's another way of telling them apart, and Celine said to the nurse thank you, and the nurse bundled them up again, and Celine kissed them, and Nicolas kissed the twins, and it was time for feeding, and Celine breast feed them both, and afterwards Celine was tired, and ready to go to sleep, and she wanted one more look at her twin baby boys before she went to sleep.

Nicolas knew something was wrong with Celine, and the nurse did too, and she said where's her oxygen, and she seen it wasn't on, and the nurse turned on the oxygen for Celine, and made sure she had it, and she called the other nurse in to take her blood pressure, and checking her vital signs, and said she's very exhausted, and needs rest, and that's when Nicolas said I'm staying with her, and my brother is down the hall in the waiting room, and would you please get him his name is Maurice, and the nurse did that, and Maurice hurried to see his baby nephews before they taken them back to the nursery, and he held them, and he looked over at Celine how she's coming along, and Celine said to him I'm exhausted, and need some rest. Maurice said to her congratulations Celine, and congratulations to Nicolas. Maurice so happy for them, and Nicolas said their identical twins, and Louis is with the blue, and here Lucas with yellow, and their middle names is Marcel. Nicolas giving the babies back to the nurse so she can take them back to the nursey, and asked when can they go home? That's when the nurse said the doctor will be in shortly to tell you, and they said thank you nurse Bridget. Nicolas walks over to his wife, and kissed her, and said Baby well be home soon, and Celine said you, and the twins will be home soon, and Nicolas looked at Celine, and said no we all going home soon. Dr. Cyriak will be in soon to tell us, and Celine held onto Nicolas hands, and said take care of our sons, and Nicolas said Celine you're not going anywhere my love your just tired that's all, and he steady kisses her face, and hands, and Maurice walks over to her, and said hey there Sis hang in there so you can come home, and she said I will Maurice, and she taken Maurice hand, and Nicolas hand, and put them together, and said you two must stick together, and raise my baby boys, and bring them up righteously, and teach them all about The Creator, and how to treat girls with respect, and Nicolas said to her don't you leave me Celine. Not now Baby, please Celine stay with us don't go, and that's when the Dr. Cyriak come through the doors , and called on the other nurses to come in, and Nicolas asking what's going on with her? Doctor Cyriak what's wrong? She needs medicine, and rest, and her heart rate is not normal, and nurses coming in putting bags of medicine on the IV pole, and the doctor turns up the oxygen to a 3 instead of 2, looks over at Nicolas, and said she's going to be out for a while she's in pain, and her oxygen level was dropping, and she will need to stay until we can get her oxygen level back to normal, and get some food in her before she gets home, and we going to keep the babies until it's time for her to go home, we want the mother, and twins in good health together before we release them home to you Mr. Roux. Nicolas Roux looks over at Celine, and whisper in her ear your coming home with the twins, and I Celine, just hang in there my love I'm not going to leave your side. I'm not leaving you anymore. Louis, Lucas, and I will be right here with you don't leave us, and when he said that Celine squeezed his hand, and she held it tight, and she rested up from so much pushing, and Celine wasn't getting much rest when she was at home, and still was trying to keep on working, and Nicolas seated at her bedside holding her hand while she was sleeping, and Maurice said he would go get some food for Nicolas, and that he need to be strong for Celine, and the twins, and to make sure he eat, and rest also, and they had a beautiful suite at the hospital, and Nicolas wanted to crawl in the bed with her, and asked the doctor can he give her a bigger bed, and the doctor did order a bigger bed for her, and they brought it in, and the nurses came in to assist in changing the linen, and given Nicolas a new clean seat of scrubs, and they transferred Celine to the bigger bed, and once they got them settled, Nicolas asked them about the babies, and the nurse said I will bring them in for their next feeding, but she can't breast feed anymore with the medicine that she's been given so we have the milk for the twins, and I will bring them in for their next feeding. Nicolas thanked the doctor, and nurses for all their hard work, and they said Mr. Roux that's our job here at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital.
