It was a Saturday morning, birds are chirping, the fresh breeze flowing in the air. Life is great! Except for Johny Johny, he was living in a nightmare. It has been 120 days since he last had a meal. His parents hasn't been taking care of him recently, well they never even gave 2 shits about their son. Johny imaginary Ice Cream friend came out of nowhere in Johnny's small bed.
"I'm hungry Mr. Ice Cream." Johny Johny let out a frown on his face.
"There's sugar inside the kitchen's cabinet, you can reach it Johny Johny!" He informed. Johny Johny nodded his head. He quietly walks to the kitchen.
He looked for his parents and they're nowhere to be seen. Johny Johny opened the cabinet below and there was the bag of sugar. He used his tiny little hands and managed to open it. Johny Johny took a handful of "sugar" and ate it.
He felt strange. He saw a shadow of a figure and turned his head, it was papa. Papa was nervous, like he had done something bad. His face changed into anger.
"JOHNY JOHNY!" He looked at Johny Johny with a creepy smile.
"Yes Papa?" The boy questioned.
"That's not sugar!" He slapped his child's face, leaving a red mark on his cheek. Johny Johny suddenly started having a major crazy seizure which his mother walked into the kitchen shooked.
"Why did you gave him our cocaine?!" Mama said.
"It's not my fault bitch!" Papa slapped his wife, leaving her expressionless.
Johny Johny collapsed and blacked out.
"Somebody call 9-1-1!"

Johny Johny woke up with a killing headache, he looked around and it looks like he's in a hospital room. There was a TV on the wall and the news channel was on.
"CNN here, I'm your host Killer Keemstar Let's get rioght into the news!" He introduced.
"We're currently live inside a family house that seem to be perfectly normal here, except it's not." He gave a sad face. "The police department received a phone call from Papa and it was a serious cause, roll the audio!"
Police Department: "9-11 how may I help you?"
Papa: "Help us! Our son accidentally consumed cocaine and he doesn't look fine!"
Police Department: "Sir..... HOW TF DID YOUR SON ACCIDENTALLY CONSUMED COCAINE?!!? YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE PARENTS! DON'T WORRY FAM WE GOT YOUR LOCATION WE'LL BE THERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!"
Call Ended.
"This is a bizarre situation here, we got a call that the boy is fine and is currently staying in a hospital." Keemstar stated. "There has been an arrest made but the Police Department didn't arrest the parents, they arrest the Grand Papa for allegedly hiding cocaine in the kitchen's cabinet and dangering a minor." Keemstar continue to read on his computer. "He denied hiding the cocaine but the cops didn't believe him so he's receiving 31 days in prison!" He gave a shock face. "We have a mugshot of this old man!" The screen displayed a picture of Grandpapa.
