A Laxlu Story

Chapter 5

Lucy P.O.V.

After Laxus and I visited my parent's grave, he took me to my new home. Well I should say our home. The house is near tge forest but not that far from the guild. It was peaceful and relaxing. I could probably get a good night sleep for once. Once we got up to the door, he grabbed his keys out of his coat pocket and unlocked the door. He opened it and moved to the side and let me in. I stepped in and I was amazef. It was so clean and looked so modern but a bit old fashioned. If that makes any sense. I walked around the living room. It was bigger then what it looked on the out side. I smiled in amusement but I had no reason to be amused. But I smiled more when I realised I was smiling. I haven't put on a real smile in forever. This placemade me happy anf it was the first time I was in it.
"Home.." I quietly said to myself. Laxus must've heard me cause as soon as I said that I felt two big arms wrap around my waist from behind. He layed his head on my shoulder and when I looked at him, he was smiling.
"Welcome home." He said and hugged me a bit tighter but not to tight to hurt me. But I winced a bit cause he had squeezed a bit to hard on one of my new beatings from the nighr before yesterday. He must've noticed cause he imediantly ler go of me and looked at me like I was a china doll.
"Shit sorry Lucy. I didn't mean to squeeze that hard. I just-" He couldn't finish what he was saying cause I started talking.
"Laxus. Shh calm down its fine. It didn't really hurt. It was just a recent scratch. Thats all."
"Where?" He asked. I looked a bit confused for a moment but I lifted up my shirt below my breasts to let him see a huge bloody scratch going from my waist across to the edge of where I was holding my shirt. It was wide to. Probably the biggest one Natsu gave me. It was deep too. It was crossing with some scars and bruises. I cleaned it the best I can but I had to clean it everyday. But it wouldnt stop bleeding.
"When did he do it?" He asked another question. I pulled down my shirt and looked down.
"The night before yesterday's. Thats why I wasn't at the guild till last night and when I slept on your desk. I didn't want to go home." I said. I looked up at him and felt a bit of a dark aura around him. He grabbed my hand and took me to the bathroom. He sat me on tge toilet lid and went through, what I guess is the medicine cabnet. He grabbed some bandes and stuff for stitches along with some peroxide. He then came back towards me. He knelt down on one knee and sat tge stuff down next to him.
"Take off your shirt. Don't that the wrong way." He said. I knew what he was about to do so I done what he said. I took off my shirt and i was in a bra so he wouldn't be able to see my breasts. I blushed a bit but he didn't say a thing. No disturbing comment. He grabbed the peroxide and some cloth and put some on it.
"It will sting." He said. He pressed the cloth on the wound and I winced at the sting the peroxide was giving me. Bur it was cleaning it. The wound was bleeding a too so it was a bit worse than I expected. I wanted to scream it hurt so bad. I was biting my lip hard making it bleed. Laxus saw and grabbed my hand and placed it over his. He slowly removed it from under mine and made me put pressure on the wound. He the qiuckly grabbed a smaller piece of cloth and handed it to me.
"Bite on it. And scream if you need to." And so I put it in my mouth and bit onto it. He cleaned the wound some more and I kept on biting the cloth. He the grabbed the stuff for stitches. I sweat dropped a bit.
"Lucy this will hurt like hell but I neec you to trust me." He said and I nodded and closed my eyes and waited for the pain. Then it came. I screamed into the cloth in my mouth. 'God damn it hurts so bad!' I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs. As the needle kept on piercing my screamed I cryed a bit.
"Sorry Lucy." I heard Laxus whisper. Then he continued his work and was soon done. He wrapped up my stomach with the bandages and I tried to tand up but fail so I sat back down. It was still hurting but not as much. I got the cloth out of my mouth and breathed heavily. Laxus was hesitant but gatherd up tge stuff ge used and put them up. He came back and picked me up bridal style.
"Its best if you don't move to much." Was all he said. He carried me to the bedroom and layed me down on the bed. It was his room Im guessing.
"Sorry Lucy but it needed stitches." He said sitting at the foot of the bed.
"It's okay. You did what yo ut had to." I replied.
"I know." He said he got up and grabbed a shirt from the floor. It was clean I guess. He tossed it to me and I put it on.
"I'll sleep in the living room. Get some sleep." He said. He was about to walk out but I was able to stop him by speaking.
"Laxus don't go. I don't want to be alone and it's your bed, yoy shoyld sleep in it too." I said and he slowly came back to the bed and layed down next to me but giving us some space. I can tell he didn't want me uncomfortable but I would be alot more comfy near him. So I moved my body closer to his. My back was facing him though but once my body was on his, I felt less tensed and melted into him. I grabbed his arm and wrapped it around mt waist.
"Goodnight Laxus and thank you so much." I said.
"Anything for you and goodnight." He said before barrying his head in the crook of my neck smelling my hair as he drifted off to sleep. Soon sleep had came over me and I fell into it with a smile on my face.
