(1 month after "Wild" goodbye stage.)
"Girls, come into the living room now!" Jung Ah yelled. We filed into the living room. I was the last one in, due to my aching back and stomach ache. "Cassy, how you feeling?" Hee Young asked. She has become more like the eomma of Goddess than an older sister like Jung Ah. "I'm feeling better, I guess." I said through my 'Goddess' face mask. Hee Young looked generally worried as my face was paler than normal. I sat on the floor away from everyone, not wanting to get them sick. "Okay, I don't know if you may have heard anything around the building but all of SM is going on tour. SMTown IV starts in a month. Until then, it's non-stop practice. You'll also start preparing for your next comeback as well. Also, the music director approved for one solo and three sub-units for Goddess." We all gasped. Three sub-units and a solo!
I wonder who is going to be in them. Jung Ah continue. " Through very hard deliberation and sneaking through some of your things," my head whipped around at her words cause I knew by "your" she meant me, "I have decided that Cassandra, Cymphonie, HaNa, Akane, Akimi, and Akiko. That sub-unit was actually brought to me by Yuri after talking to Cassy. This group will be called 'Fallen.'It will be more of a sexier concept." The other five girls looked at me and thanked me silently. "The second group will be a duet and I want it to be a sister group." The twins looked upset because the had a feeling it wasn't them. "The sister group will be Cassy and Cymphonie. Both of you have a unique sound when joined together and I want you two share it. I considered Akimi and Akiko for this group but I wanted to save you two for something else. Cassy and Cymphonie, your group will be called '2 Park.'" We nodded and motioned for her to continue.
"The last group will only be Japan based so I was mainly only going through each Japanese member. The only thing is, not every Japanese member can speak Japanese fluently and that is necessary for this sub-unit. This were Akimi and Akiko come in. I thought of capping it off at two but Akimi's vocals are not strong enough to be in a duet. I then had to evaluate how well the Japanese speaking members spoke it fluently. If I pulled you, this is why I wanted you for. The only other person that I found able to speak Japanese fluently and quickly, was Cassandra. One thing that I am quite confused about was Cymphonie's ability to speak Japanese." Jung Ah looked at Cymphonie.
"Since I didn't live with my parents, I never learned Japanese. I lived with my Appa's parents and they are Chinese, Korean, and Jamaican. My ahjussi taught me Chinese while my ahjumma taught me English." Jung Ah nodded and moved on. "Well, I wish you knew more Japanese. To move on, that group will be called 'Perfume,' because it will have a cute concept. The soloist, if you haven't already guessed, will be Cassy. Youngmin's dumbass requested that she will be the one to have a solo debut." Everyone congratulated me with pats on the back and high fives. "For now, Fallen members go into the studio and work on your debut song, written by both Yuri and Cassy, and the rest of the Goddess members, go to the dance studio in the practice building."
Each group departed to their respected areas and I grabbed my iPod and notebook. I slowly walked into the studio off the kitchen and dropped the book in the circle of girls. HaNa opened the book as I plugged my iPod into the dock and started the music. I sat next to Cymphonie and rested my head on her shoulder. "Cassy, if you don't feel good, you could always go back to bed." They all looked at me worriedly. "Ani, I must help. I felt pretty useless these past couple days and don't want that to continue." They nodded but their looks didn't change. HaNa spoke up. "But you haven't been useless. You have been constantly helping around the house when we told you to go rest. You have been doing quite a lot for someone who is sick." I gave her a weak smile as I took the book and turned to the lyrics. I picked up the remote and paused the music. "What is the song called?" Akiko asked.
"Cheossarang. Oh, and before I forget, Kane eonnie, there is no rap in it." She looked at me sideways. "Aish, is my family abandoning me?" We busted out laughing. "Ani eonnie. We could never abandon our mood maker." She smiled and ruffled my hair. "Well, the song is called 'Cheossarang' and it is kind of slow. Yuri eonnie thought it shouldn't be for the whole group because it was too sexy and what she thought of for the dance would be too much for 13 girls to do on one stage." They all gave me questioning looks. "She thought that we should do pole dancing." They all looked surprised and excited at the same time. "Well lets gets started, shall we. Cassy how does it go?" Akimi was a little too excited. I picked up the remote and started the music. "Pay attention because parts are already assigned. I'm going to sing with you with each of your parts but after that, you're going to sing by yourself." The nodded as I pulled Kane over and motioned them to follow along with 'Na na na na,' part. Kane began to sing her part:
