Chapter 19

Maggy's POV

I fixed myself and made sure that i look presentable enough for a beginner. I was really lucky to have been hired to a job like this as early as now. I'm a fresh graduate and I already am working in a known publishing office. Wow!

And then my face fell when I remembered Liam. Gooood! He saw my body. How stupid can i possibly be? I'm such an ass. I finished fixing myself and made sure I built up enough confidence to face Liam as i head out.

"Hey everyone. It would be really nice to have you around and hang out with you a little bit longer but I might be late for first day of work"

Alex smiled at me and got up frm her seat, which is in between Louis and Niall.

"Well we all would be glad to keep you company anytime Mag. Let me just fix this mess up in the table and we will all be good to go"

She said as she pick up the cups of starbucks in the coffee table. I walked up to help her gather the mess while the boys..well, the boys stood up and watch us do the girl thing.

After placing everything in the garbage, Alex and I washed our hands before facing the boys again at the living room.

"Maggy have fun at work today. Just enjoy doing your job and don't let..something else keep you from doing what you really like. Okay?"

I smiled at Alex and hugged her. She really is a sweet girl I want to have her around all the time.

We all walked out and they all directly headed to their cars. Wow, they all have cars while me, I have my shoes to ride on. Ain't it sweet?

I thanked all of them for coming and keeping me company. Everyone else offered me a ride but then I just declined. I made an excuse that I want to experience the morning life in London.

I actually dont have any idea on this place i dont even know the direction im heading to.

"i really think you need a ride"

i almost jumped out of my physical body when i heard a familiar voice behind me. I looked at him, and there goes the guy who has the power to find me wherever i go.. ladies and gentleman the one and the only, liam payne!

"well i'm actually doing fine here liam you dont have to worry about me"

i continued walking and ignored him. i heard his steps moving faster and nearer so i moved my pace faster..but then he grabbed my arm and faced me to him.

"what do you want liam? why do you keep on following me wherever i go? what are you? like some stalker?"

I didn't mean to shout at him but this has to stop. he doesn't have to be wherever i am because he has a fkn bitch of a girlfriend and i dont want to be on the limelight again it makes me sick!

"why do you have to keep on pushing me away? dont you have anything else to do with your life 'cause im sure as hell that the last thing you did to me was push me away. and now here you are again. what am i to you huh? like a door you just push all the time even if it says pull?"

Liam's POV

She was speechless after my turn to speak. her mouth hang open when finally i was able to tell her what she has been doing to me since i met her.. push me away.

"and what do you think of me liam? a punching bag that couldn't feel pain when in fact everything that came to my life since i met you was pain..of course! You are Liam fucking Payne by the way"

She walked away after giving me a come back. i didn't dare follow her.. like before. i did not follow her because thats what she wants. and i dont want to hurt her.

i walked away with a bit of point to prove but did not bother anymore. Maggy is my fantasy and shes just a dream i have to wake up on. I have a girlfriend and with her is where i truly belong.. i think.

My phone rang and sophia's name appeared on the screen. here goes my reality.

Sophia's POV

I came to work too early so i could prepare my stuff. 30 minutes passed and i felt a bit tired so i took a sit and checked on my phone if theres a call from liam.. but theres none. so i dialed his number to check on him instead.

hey love how's everything going?

i turned my swivel chair around as i was listening to my liam talk on the other end.

well everything seems good soph thanks for asking. you at work now?

for the past few months that we have been together, he never called me sweet names. not even ones. i call him love but he doesnt bother call me that and it annoys the hell out of me sometimes!

yes i have been here for an hour now thanks for asking. a cup of starbucks would be great right now huh.

i want him to get my point. i want him to come over and bring me a coffee. when will he ever show me his sweet side and just be a real man to me?!

uh. well there's starbucks across your work soph you can always get one yourself.

i stopped talking when i heard someone talk on the other side. her voice seems distant tho.

Liam i know im a bitch to you but i really need a ride to work i barely know this place.

and who the hell would that be? at least she knows shes a bitch.

i asked liam. i might just search her on facebook and slap her hard on the face.

then the line went off. wow! i think my bitch mode just got turned on!
