A Day All That Began...

The monsoons arrived as they were predicted, though a little late they flooded the city with all their might!

JUNE 17th, the most awaited day has finally arrived, the day i was going to step into a whole new world leaving all the bitter past...MY NEW SCHOOL! I had been to this school several times as my cousins were a part of it few years back and for the fact that it was very near to my place added an advantage.

Early that morning I got a call from my new bestie, Dilu as she is sweetly called! is a friend who turned my life "on" and who eventually became the most special and interesting part of my life. Though this story takes a lot of twists and turns dilu always stands a part of it. Both of us had met each other from a private coaching centre a month ago. Our meeting turned out to be a spark in both our lives as it was purely coincidental that we indirectly knew each other from a mutual friend! The interesting part was both of us had taken up the same course in the same school!!! One month turned out to be a lot for us to turn into BFF's! that we decided we would step into our new school together...!!!

Finally both of us got into my car as my parents drove us to the new school. We were simply staggered to see the water level at our new destination! OMG!! It was almost knee level! Thought came rushing to our minds:"Yuk!! How the hell are we gonna get down!" But we had to get down and we walked through that muddy water with our eye's half closed... The gusty winds set the start of rain so we hurried towards our new classroom. It was on the top floor of the Sardar Patel Block named after the freedom fighter.. On reaching the class there was an intense satisfaction of making it to the target!!! New friends, new teachers, moreover a new year! Excitement was in the air!!! =) ;) <3
