"I'm kinda nervous." Naruto muttered under his breath, tugging at his collar, the heat more intense than it ever was before. Sasuke sighed for the millionth time that day, also dressed up.
"Sensei, you love her don't you?" Naruto looked at his student, nodding.
"Of course, why wouldn't I?"
"Then you'll be fine." Sasuke replied. They were standing at an altar, ready for Naruto's wedding and the soon to Anko Uzumaki. It was weird how it got to this to be honest.
Flashback
"Hokage-sama!" An anbu shouted, bursting through the doors, his mask off and a large cut on his forehead. Naruto shot up immediately, the 17 year old dashing and catching the fallen form of the Anbu.
"What's wrong Tenzo?" He shouted urgently, worry in his eyes.
"They took her, I couldn't, I wasn't strong enough. I'm so sorry." Tenzo whispered as he looked at Naruto, watching as the teen's blue eyes flashed green for a second.
"Who?" He whispered, his anger barely contained, but evident in his voice.
"The Sound Village, they, they ambushed us, I couldn't, I couldn't save her without dying myself. I knew the best chance she had was rushing back as fast as I could. I'm so sorry." Naruto set the man softly down on the ground, two Anbu appeared and supported the man.
"You did your best. Leave the rest to me." Naruto said in a monotone voice, taking off his Kage hat, revealing his black hair that had grown shaggy as had drifted into his eyes due to the lack of a headband holding it up.
Then he disappeared in a black flash.
Naruto appeared in front of the village known as Sound. They had somehow grown under the lead of his traitorous teammate, Kabuto ever since Orochimaru's death. It's been a good three years since Kabuto had left, why now? Why Anko?
That didn't matter now. They took her. They took her from him, and he wasn't going to be giving any of them any mercy. The youngest Kage in history would be the only Kage to take down a whole village by himself. He took out his sword, the blade hanging by his sides as his green eyes observed the guards from the gates.
Die.
Hours Later
Naruto stood over the dead body of his former teammate, who was the last to die, a trump card known as Sage Mode that had made the man more snake-like than Orochimaru ever was. His eyes trailed up and he saw a bloody Anko behind some prison bars, her hands chained to the wall.
"Anko-chan," He whispered as he tore off the door with one hand and tore off her restraints, catching her bridal style as she fell into his embrace. "What happened, they didn't hurt you, or, do anything, did they?" Anko coughed a little, shaking her head, earning a sigh of relief from Naruto, who had tears of happiness coming out of his eyes.
"Thank God," He whispered, his face snuggled deep into her neck, taking in her scent which was a mix of dirt and trees, and to him, she smelt amazing.
"Hey, I'm okay." She whispered, her throat obviously dry from the lack of water, taking her hand and brushing it through Naruto's dark hair, admiring how soft they were.
"I don't know what I'd do without you, Anko-chan." Naruto admitted, still freely crying. "If you were to die, I think I'd be dead inside. I wouldn't want to live without you."
"Naruto-kun," She whispered in awe, her brown eyes widening.
"I love you." He whispered, pulling back and looking her in the eyes. "I love you so much, Anko-chan." Tears threatened to come out of her eyes as she smiled happily, pure happiness radiating from her body.
"I love you too, Naruto-kun." She replied in a small whisper, their faces slowly inching together slowly but surely, before their lips touched, ignoring the taste of blood on their lips, ignoring the dead bodies littering the ground around them, ignoring the world as it seemed to be just him and her.
Flashback End
"Jeez sensei, you're such a baby. How come you can look the Devil with a straight face, and yet be nervous at your own wedding?" Sakura said sarcastically, being one of the bridesmaids, which included Yugao, Hinata, Ino, and Kurenai, who was the maid of honor.
The person who would be marrying the couple, was none other than Kakashi, who had surprisingly had a license to marry couples.
"Sakura, hush. At least I don't faint around the person I love." He teased, watching her blush as her eyes shifted to Sasuke, who shifted uncomfortably.
"Thanks for being my best man, Sasuke." Next to Sasuke was Asuma, Tenzo, and an empty space, reserved for the deceased Kiba Inuzuka.
"No problem sensei, it's my honor." Naruto nodded.
"Damn straight it is." Sasuke let a small smile appear on his face as he sensei responded. Truth be told, life was good for him right now.
Itachi and him were on good terms now, he had a girlfriend, who he kept secret due to Sakura probably wanting to kill her, and he was going to be an uncle soon. Yes, Itachi had a girlfriend in Yugao, who was five months pregnant with his nephew or niece, he didn't know yet, and he was excited to the see the Uchiha Clan rise again, this time, they wouldn't be doomed, no, he would make sure that they never perished like that again.
The organ began playing, as the doors opened, causing everyone to stand to attention, shutting up for now. Anko walked down the aisle, a small girl that was three years old with bright blonde hair that was right below her shoulders with brown eyes also dressed up, throwing little petals on the ground.
That was Kasami Uzumaki, the daughter of Naruto and Anko Uzumaki. She was three years old, and to say she was a surprise was putting it short.
She wasn't planned, and Naruto often joked that she was a happy accident, much to Anko's dismay as she would often hit the 23 year old man for the joke that she didn't see the humor in.
Anko walked up the stairs to the altar, standing in front of her future husband, who was looking at her in awe.
"W-what?" She whispered meekly, a blush on her cheeks.
"You look beautiful." He said breathlessly. Her blush only deepened as Kakashi began talking.
"If anyone thinks this couple should not be married, speak now or forever hold your peace." Kakashi said, looking at the crowd, everyone holding their breaths. No one spoke.
"Good, Naruto Uzumaki, do you promise to take care of Anko Mitarashi, to treasure her in sickness, health, rich or poor, or anything else that I'm too lazy to mention?" Naruto deadpanned at his senpai, but nodded.
"I do." He said without hesitation. Kakashi then turned to Anko, asking her the same question.
"I do." She whispered, no hesitation in her voice either.
"Good, then I pronounce you husband and wife, Naruto, you may kiss the bride." Naruto grinned as he pulled Anko into a deep, passionate kiss as he dipped her, getting whistles from the crowd.
This was perfect.
And done. Epilogue will come out sooner or later, prepare yourselves, it won't be pretty. None of that happy shit I usually, it'll have a sad ending, though you might be happy with it.
Just a warning.
Til next time my lil demons!
