Prologue

The sound of people whispering echoed around the dark room, the lights off as everyone got to their seats by candle light, provided by the beloved white haired demoness receptionist.

Tables littered the room, different fandoms sitting at different tables, each being lit by a single candle.

Suddenly, an unknown breeze wafted by, snuffing out the flames...

One...

            By......

                        One..........

"Welcome........ "

A feminine, but slightly deep, voice echoed about in the darkness, the whereabouts of who owned it unknown, but the guests had a few guesses.

"Who wants to hear a story? "

The guests cheered, and, slowly, the candelabra on the walls lit up, revealing a figure on the stage.

"Well hold onto your candy baskets, 'cause your in for quite a spooktacular night! "

Everybody cheered again as the spotlight shined onto the stage.

Suddenly, a poof of smoke appeared!

"Welcome everyone, to Kas's Haunted House of Hilarious Horrors! "

A girl with long brown hair stood on the stage, a witch hat on her head and a cloak around her shoulders.

She scanned the crowd she had, and for once, she had a lot. The Fairy Tail group was near the front, while the Black Butler group was off to the side, and the AOT and SAO group was in the back, but that was only naming a few.

Around the whole room sat beloved anime characters, old and new, from Sailor Moon and Inuyasha to the Saiki K group and Ouran High school Host Club, everyone was here.

"I'm your host for tonight, my name is Kas if you didn't know, and welcome back! Tonight, before we get the entertainment started, we have a special guest to introduce! Please welcome, the one, the only, the most famous of all, (F/N) (L/N)! "

Applause rung out even louder than before as you stepped out from behind the curtain, all dressed up as a vampire and looking your best, waving at the crowd and going to stand next to Kas.

"Hah, oh, wow, that was louder than when I got out here, hah, OK. "

She chuckled softly, before clearing her throat and talking again.

(Y/N) pov

"So, for those of you who have never been here before, we open for only 2 certain months every year, October and December! And in this place, we tell stories, stories of all our friends, and any other story worth telling. Now, are these stories real? Who knows, but at least they're enjoyable! Any who, "

She paused for a moment as the laughter died down, then cleared her throat again.

"Why don't we get right in to the first one? After this story, the beverages and food will come out for the rest, so don't worry about that, this one isn't that long. "

She grabbed my hand and started making her way across the stage, me in tow behind her.

"Alright, well, enjoy the show everyone! "

We stood backstage as the crew worked the controls, turning on the big screen.

She sighed and took off her mic, turning it off and placing it on her pocket, before grabbing one off a random counter and giving it to me.

"Ha, big crowd tonight, huh? This is the first time we've had one this big! I was so nervous up there.. Any who, here's your mic, love, it's your turn after this one, but if you want to see the story go ahead and sit with anyone out there, I'm sure they wouldn't mind the company. "

She smiled at me, and, before I could say a word, she walked off, telling the crew what to do and how to do it.

I smiled a bit and walked out, noticing that the opening credits we're starting to roll, and scanned the crowd.

Who would I sit with?

Alrighty, first chapter! I know it's short, and I should probably, most definitely, be working on my other books, but I really wanted to make something for Spooktober.

Any who, I'll take a vote of which group you want to sit with, and whichever has the most votes wins. Take note that it can either be a group that I mentioned or a group the you know, but I'm sorry in advance if I don't know the anime, cause that means I'll have to search up the personality of the characters and I might get them wrong.
