"Shit" I mutter under my breath as my stupid gun once again plays a prank on me by shooting above and under me.

I have experienced this to many times falling through the two same holes. I prepare myself and curl up into a ball as I squeeze my eyes shut.

I push my still hurling body towards the opening that flashes before me every milli-second.

Quickly but gracefully I fall out of the endless portal trap and land in a crouched position.

Slowly I straighten up and switch a button on the side of stupid piece of technology which allows the damned portal holes too slowly shrink and to be replaced by the floor and ceiling.

"OH MY PORTAL, SOPHIA GRACE YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN YOURSELF" the other guard, Alexi bellows out snorting and shrieking with delight.

"Oh ha ha" I snort with sarcasm blowing my soft brown hair out of my face, "do you know how many times I have tried to get a new one, only to be kicked out of the palace" I silently whisper. "Oh that's right, next thing you know that gun will be taking you to earth" she giggles

"Oh and what makes you thi-" my sentence was cut short as Alexi looked at me with terror.

Shallow breathing touched my neck raising goosebumps. "Hello Sophia" Commander Link says in a interested voice. "Hi Commander Link, are you here to see General Thomas" I say urgently as I turn to face the man.

Link brushes his blonde side fringe away from his light blue eyes, "uh yes and no, the crints are coming, prepare your stations". Link grins evilly as he turns around to slaughter a ugly beast with small beady eyes and a robotic body, even though blood leaked out of the crint as it's torso tumbled to the ground.
