"Come on...tell me"I said and Evie was silent and she opened her mouth

"So when you was getting beat up me and your brother was having s-"I cute her off because I knew what she was going to say

"Right I know what you saying...first rank but also what?"I said so confused because when she puts it like that it does sound bad

"But I didn't know that was all happening nether did Conor and you know if we knew we would be with you"Evie said and I nodded

"Right true...and I told the boys not to tell you"I said she looked at me

"Why?!"She said

"After everything that happened to you by getting kidnapped I didn't want to worry you straight away but the whole thing I heard I now realise I should have told you or Conor...then it wouldn't have happened"I said and then I now realise...it's my fault a little bit because I could have stopped it

"And I now realise it's partly my fault"I said

"Jack no...you was in pain yourself it not your fault please don't think that"she said and I looked at her and wanted to change the subject

"So what's he done to you"I asked

"He raped me jack...and also hit me and left hickeys"she said showing me the hickeys and took her hoodie off and she was in a cropper tank top and she showed me the bruises and I saw the one faintly on her cheek

"Then conor came to New York but I woke up early because I couldn't sleep and I was thinking of ways to help out conor and I found some keys and put them under the door mat outside because that's how he got in last time and then I looked around I bit more and in my brother study and found a gun...."she said

"Yeah so..."I said

"I took the bullets out and some spare I found and hid them so he couldn't find him so when conor came when he had the gun I knew that nothing would happen"she said my eyes winded

"Did he try and shoot you both"he asked she nodded

"Well Conor"She said I smiled a little

"Some Maynard smartness is really in you"I joked she giggled and we both smiled and she took my hand

"I've tried my hardest to get out of this hospital but they won't let me"I said

"There only helping you get better"Evie said then my mum came in and slowly knocked

"Sorry but me Anna and your dad are leaving...to go back home"my mum said and they was all there

"Cya bro"Anna said

"Cya Mate"I said and we laughed my dad lightly slapped me as a joke and my mum gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek and after a little bit of chatting and saying bye to Evie they was leaving

"Oh yeah someone else is here"my mum said and in walked conor he smiled and I smiled back

He truly the best person because he brought Evie back...the girl that probably the best girl in my life at the moment since I'm single

"Right where off so Cya later"my mum said and we all said bye and as the door shut I looked at conor

"You did good"I said he laughed

"Don't think I was coming back without her"conor said
