Her loud booming voice echoes in the house, a hint of anger barely hanging on the edge of her shrill screech.
"Sky Maya Fitch! Stop throwing your vegetables at your brother this instant!" Aubrey's voice bellows out as a carrot bounces off her arm.
"If meh big attack!" Sky giggles out going to throw a carrot but shoves it in her mouth instead. Her mother sighs, going back to making lunch. She flips the burgers from the grill onto the buns on a plate.
"You guys want cheese or anything?" She softly calls out to her children. She heard the doorbell ring, smiling as she walks over and opens it up. Little Denver was being held by her brother, Alex.
"Hi Mrs. Fitch." Alex replies as he sets Denver down, the young girl waddling towards Sky.This is just a little sample that I'm working on.
