Chapter 1: First Day

Nic pov

I just signed the contract yesterday and my first day of work start today
I'm a Carat since 2015
I don't know how to react
But please, my heart, try not to fangirling..

I just entered the company and start to get nervous

"Follow me." CEO said

I just followed until we arrived to the room

"Boys. you got a new manager for 5 months." CEO said "Come in."
"Hello." I bowed, waved to them and flashed a little smile "I'm Nic Park."
"Nic, How old are you?" Jun said
"I'm 18." I said
"Call us Oppa, we are older than you." S.coups said
"Yeah, Cheol is right." Jeonghan said

I looked at the CEO

"It's up to you." CEO said
"I can't do that. I'm sorry." I just smiled
"Wait? You're 18, and you are a Carat, right?" Vernon said

I don't want to tell them or else I got fired.
my gosh! why I'm sweating?

"Hey, are you okay? you're sweating." Vernon said

Stop it already and your question are making me sweating like I got caught that I'm a Carat.

"Okay." I have no choice, so I gave my phone.

"I'm sorry, but I'm not a crazy. I can stop myself from fangirling. so, please forgive me." I said honestly
"It's okay. Go for it." CEO said and I'm shocked.. He handed me my phone, and wave to me and the boys. "I'm leaving. Good luck!!"

I sighed

"Who's your bias?" Wonwoo asked

I looked at them one by one and I can't choose
but there's a boy who I love.

"I like y'all, so I can't choose. but one member who is stole my heart." I smiled
"Stole....what?" All of them was shocked
"Noona? can you be my friend?" Dino said
"Chan, you're older than me. So, call me Nic. Yes, I will be your friend." I nodded
"Call us Oppa." All of them patted my head. but expect to Vernon.

Dude, what's your problem?

"Nic." Dino called me
and I turned around "Yes, Channie?" I flashed a smile
"Let's talk later and I want to know you." He said, I just nodded

Vernon pov

Why this girl isn't remember me?
We went to the same high school and we used to be a best friends.
I promised to her stay and not leaving by her side but I left and broke the promise.
She really didn't remember me or she's pretending like she don't know me as not an idol but as her best friend.

"Hey, pretend!" I said jokingly but not expect, she's just turn around to look at me.
"We are almost late." She said

You know me but you're probably pretending.

After we arrived to our appointment

"I want Nic to do my makeup." I said
"Nic, can you help me...can you do Vernon's makeup. it's all so simple.." Thea noona said
"Yes. I know how to do that." is she really follows my order?

I quickly closed my eyes and I felt something on my face
She's probably starting to put a makeup on my face

"Hyung, you should go first and I wanna go after y'all if you finish your makeup. I want to rest a bit" I said while my eyes were closed
"Okay, rest well."
