THE SUN
Tonight you will see how useful I can be. How powerful I can get.
The dark sky is above us now, how can I be of use now?
My power involves the sun.
But Helen still believes in me.
She believes i am able to defeat the creature called a siren.
As the siren sings their song I cover my ears.
Helen however, sadly is not fast enough and she starts to walk off.
She walks off into the ocean and past the beach.
All I can do is stand there screaming for her to stop.
For her to come back.
For her not to die.
Sadly it is too late and she drowns.
Satisfied the siren flies away.
I uncover my ears.
I cry.
I sob.
But what can I do.
I am merely a sailor.
